Welcome to Moyers Landing - your ultimate lakefront retreat! Nestled on beautiful Lake Hartwell, this charming home boasts four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests.

Entering the home upstairs, you’re greeted by expansive windows with panoramic views of Lake Hartwell. In addition to the spacious living room with a 75” TV,  you’ll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and large sunroom with plenty of lounge seating. A separate side patio lends a secluded space for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

Downstairs boasts a separate living area, another full kitchen, a dining area, and a second laundry nook. In addition to the 55” TV, a classic Pac-Man arcade machine offers endless entertainment for avid gamers and those young at heart. The large patio with outdoor dining table offers a serene setting for al fresco meals.

Outside, the fun continues. In addition to outdoor games like cornhole, our guests are welcome to use the provided kayak, paddleboard, and boat dock.

Out of town groomsmen

We had 7 Groomsmen including the Groom staying here for 1 night. The venue was pretty far from where any of us lived so we wanted to find a VRBO that was close to the venue for all of us to stay before the wedding. We found this one and had a fantastic time. Great location, beautiful home, and easy check-in/check-out.

Thanksgiving at the Lake

We booked both upstairs and downstairs for our Thanksgiving holiday with the extended family. (We asked permission to have our little get-together ahead of time.) There was plenty of space for the 11 of us to sleep, and 17 of us to eat. The dual kitchens made this much easier, too! The only negatives I had for our stay were small maintenance issues which Laura would not have known about ahead of time, and to which she responded to quickly. So, no need to list them here. I would say, that if you are planning to spend the night in the downstairs, don't plan on taking a shower in the smaller bathroom. The standing shower was smaller than those on a cruise ship! But there's 2 showers downstairs, so it shouldn't be an issue for you. The cool weather precluded us from using the dock or any of the outdoor living space. But I would have absolutely loved to be able to use it. Instead, we had a Galaga tournament on the gaming table downstairs for the "kids". Great find. Have and will again suggest to others. Thank you, Laura
