This 7600 sq. ft lakefront home has space enough to sleep up to 20 featuring 7 bedrooms with 2 additional rooms with sofa beds; 5 full-sized bathrooms; 1 laundry area with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Each level boasts a fully furnished kitchen along with a large entertainment area. Breakfast area off main kitchen in addition to a spacious dining room that seats up to 10.
Master suite is located on the 2nd level and features a jet tub along with a large walk-in shower.

We had a great time with our family reunion at this property. Plenty of room for 18 of us and we hung out and played games all weekend. Place is nicely furnished and clean. We would definitely go back again!

Perfect Lakefront Getaway with Excellent Host!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house! The property was perfect for our entire family, offering plenty of space and great lake views. The house was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly easy to work with—responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Spacious!

Roomy, clean home with all the amenities. Very comfortably slept 12 adults and 4 kids. Quiet neighborhood. Ate most of our meals from the well equipped kitchen. Absolutely would stay again!

Our Cousins Weekend was awesome. We enjoyed the view and definitely the layout of the house.

It was awesome receiving a call from Mrs. Lee on our arrival. Then Mark came over to ensure that we knew how to operate the electronics especially the Karoake machine. Everyone enjoyed the house. It was very spacious and we were able to relax, play games and dance with no problem. We will definitely rent here again.

Great For Large Groups

We had a large group. There was plenty of room to accommodate us. The house is beautiful. The guys really enjoyed the dock for fishing. There were some issues but they were quickly addressed.

Amazing Property and Owners

I can't really recommend this property and the owners any higher. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. This has to be the best stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed at. The home is absolutely beautiful inside and outside. We also rented a boat from the owners and were able to wander around the beautiful lake Hartwell. Thank you Tina and Mark for making our vacation amazing!

Prom Lake Weekend

This house was perfect for a big group. we had chaperones with a group of boys and girls and the house was very spacious. We were able to put all the boys on one wing and all the girls on the other. It was perfect for what we needed. A few of the rooms are connected, which is great if you’ve got a family with small kids or a big group like we did, where everyone wants to be together. The house is clean and open. It’s great for entertaining. The kitchen was well stocked. It’s great for a big group. The lake access was wonderful. The double dock was fantastic. We could lay out on one side and fish on the other. We did bring our own boat and there’s a boat landing close by and a slip for a boat on the dock. The house is in a private cove so it was quiet and perfect for floating around and kayaking.

Lakefront vacation

The property was beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time in SC. However, I probably would not have rented this house if I had known about the threats of eviction when the neighbors call the cops if you are not quiet past 9 pm. So, we played our trivia on the patio and constantly reminded each other to keep it down! There were other demands posted everywhere in regards to washing towels, dishes and dropping anything on the floor. It was all a bit over the top and was very disconcerting and I will absolutely inquire next time if there are these types of restrictions. Oh, and my husband repaired your garbage cabinet so that it will close properly among other issues with it. Hopefully, you will reconsider some of your postings in the house and hire a cleaning team after all, we do pay for it. I still gave your property a 5 star rating because the property in itself is wonderful.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. The lake, dock and pathway down is so beautiful. It's a big huge yard, lots of parking and just a beautiful environment. The king bed in the master suite was uuuuuhhhhhmazing. We spread out some and people used pull out beds, blow up beds. The ONLY complaint I heard was the bunk bed sleepers said they could feel the springs in their backs. We felt like there was so much space, tons of outdoor seating, lots of space to spread out, eat outside...tons of outside lounge chairs, and tables.

This property was perfect for our large, multi-aged family. The house and lake were beautiful. We enjoyed swimming and fishing right off the dock. We never even left the property. Management was very responsive to all our requests and there were even fresh flowers awaiting us upon arrival. The owner and management company of this property goes above and beyond. We’re planning on booking this home again next summer!

Beautiful New Dock!

We had a great time as a family at this house and the owner just added a new dock with plenty of room to park our boat and spend time sitting by the lake. The owner is great to work with and the house is immaculate.

Clemson Graduation weekend

We were here for my son’s graduation from Clemson. My parents, brother, sister in law, two children 4 and 2 and my 17 year old daughter. Thought there were going to be others which is why we got such a big house, but it was fabulous! My father ended up being in a wheelchair, and was able to maneuver the one step to the front door and the two small steps to the den and bedroom. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, there was a grill and a bag of charcoal. There were ample towels, shampoo, soap, etc. The dock and back porch were lovely. Communication with the owner was great! If ever we have need of a big place again, we will reach out to Tina!
