Situated on the banks along a main body of Lake Hartwell, this new large scale luxury home is an ideal venue for hosting large family gatherings, special celebration events, corporate offsite meetings, or just-for-fun times on the very beautiful South Carolina shores of Lake Hartwell. Upon arriving at the house you will notice this amazing new 4,200 square feet home constructed in May 2021 consisting of 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. As you enter the front door and walk through the foyer, you will be greeted with a spectacular view (.7 miles) of Lake Hartwell from the great room and open kitchen.
