Lake Front House with large master on main with king sized bed, walk-in closet and a full bath. Main level has a 25' vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, two-story windows, wood-burning stone fireplace, large fully-stocked kitchen with all new appliances, butcher-block island, breakfast bar, and a dining room.
The loft bedroom includes a queen sized bed, two twin beds, and a full bath. Loft area also has a pull-out couch with twin mattress and view of the lake.
Basement level has a king sized bed and pull-out sofa, full bath plus a game room with pool table, 55” LED 4K Roku TV, Wii video game system and lots of board games.
There is an 800 sq/ft deck overlooking the lake with plenty of patio furniture to relax in and enjoy the view. Motion lights on all sides of the house to help in the night. Covered outdoor grilling area on the lakeside of the house with gas and charcoal grills.
There is a large driveway with loop and parking area. Additional parking available on backside of the house if you don't want to use it as a basketball court.
Gentile short slope to a two-story dock with 12' x 16' deck on top, a swimming dock on the side and a swimming ladder.
High-Speed Wi-Fi and internet access is included.
8 People can sleep in beds, 3 in the pull-outs (1 in loft, 2 in queen on main floor), there are 2 couches and plenty of room for air mattresses for a Maximum of 10 overnight guests.
3 Kayaks are available, 2) Adult Kayaks with fishing features and 1) Child Kayak.
Our place is a pet friendly house but there is a fee of $95 per pet, per stay (2 pets maximum). This is due to the extra cleaning it takes to clean up the pet hair and the cleaning service charges us extra for this.
We have security cameras for the protection of our house. Cameras are located outside the house mounted in front of the outside doors.
We do have the ability to accommodate large groups such as family reunions, corporate functions or fishing club tournaments by renting the 2 houses next to us, #1150252vb and #3685237, if all three houses are available.

The communication with the owners is fantastic. The property is as advertised. Nicely decorated very comfortable. Our group had a great time and will stay here again. All the comforts of home!!! Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, yet with the big kitchen and dining area all can gather and prepare meals.

Great graduation stay

What a wonder home. My family stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Clemson in Dec. Kevin and Cris were terrific hosts. We had a great time and found some time to enjoy some of the holiday events in the area as well. If back in Clemson we would stay here again.

Great House

This is our second time staying here. It is in a perfect location for us to gather, close to family. The house has been remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The kids loved the video games and pool table. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Parents weekend at Clemson

Beautiful property! House was well suited for our long weekend. It’s not too far of a drive into downtown Clemson and game day it only took about 40 minutes with traffic to get to our tailgate spot. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were very gracious!

Great Family Getaway!

Just Perfect! We are “ lake people,” and this perfectly appointed home checked all of our boxes. The layout of the home was great for us all, whether we needed a quiet space or together time. The game room was the icing on the cake after our long days spent on beautiful Lake Hartwell. The dock is located in a quiet cove, perfect for fishing (Grandma missed a BIG ONE), and the kid’s water play, especially the kayaks - their first time! We highly recommend this beautiful home on the lake. Kevin and Cris were very helpful before and during our stay. We hope to make this an annual family retreat

Anniversary celebration

We went to this home because it accommodates 10. The home is beautiful and they have everything you could possibly need. We have 5 grandsons and they enjoyed the pool table, Pac Man machine and lots of video games. We rented a pontoon twice and everyone had a blast tubing. The only downsides for me were no trash pickup and quite a hike down to the lake for a 70 year old. I would happily recommend this home. Thanks to the host.

Georgia vs Florida All Star football camp and game at Clemson University for our 13yo grandson

As Grandparents we wanted a close home and a home with a view and by the lake. Aunt and Uncle. Mom and Dad and 2 brothers stayed with us. Best of both worlds. Mornings with coffee on the upper deck with a beautiful view. Able to make all the practices and come back to a large kitchen for all the cooks. And sit at the table for large family fun. Then a short walk down to the lake. So refreshing and fun. Then back to the kitchen for supper. And down to the lower deck for the evening around a fire pit We strung lights and it was the perfect evening of family laughter and some serious basketball lol We all came from Georgia. And Oklahoma Definitely exceeded our expectations! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

A Fabulous Weekend

I rented this house to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The party guests consisted of us, our 14-year-old son, two other couples and a dog. The plan was to have a relaxing weekend spending time together. We were greeted with a “Happy Birthday” note and a gift of chocolates left on the kitchen counter by the owners, which was incredibly thoughtful. A few minutes later our friends arrived and surprised my wife! The weekend was off to a great start. We spent the first night eating, talking and laughing. The house was the perfect size and contained everything we needed to cook our meal, including two grills. It is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. After dinner, the ladies conversed on the back deck, while the guys competed in pool and arcade games. The bedrooms and bathrooms provided more than enough room to spread out for nighttime privacy. Our second day was spent hiking at Keowee State Park, a 40 minute drive. Then we drove to Clemson for dinner, which is 20 minutes away. The house location is the perfect combination of seclusion and easy access to “civilization”. We walked down to the dock and even though the water was too cold for us, the cove would be perfect for summer swimming and fishing. I texted the owner once for a quick question and he responded within minutes. He also sent a text as we were leaving on Sunday thanking us for staying. The owners are definitely vested in their guests. As we left my wife said “it was a perfect birthday”!

We keep coming back to stay in this beautiful home. Owners are so great to help with any and everything that we needed. The updates every year are very nice and make the home even nicer. We are a middle-aged couple with a 14 year old son. Kevin is originally from Montana and Cris from Texas. We live and work in the Greenville area and Love this area. We like the outdoors and enjoy various outdoor activities. We purchased this house in June of 2017 and planned from the start to make it a vacation rental. We Love this Home and plan to retire here in 8 years!

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet location. Not a lot of boat traffic and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The lake offers great fishing, boating, swimming and fun, fun, fun. New high-speed Wi-Fi and Internet became available and put icing on the cake.

What makes this property unique

When at the Lake House we feel secluded in a peaceful, natural environment ready to enjoy the lake life, grill our favorite meals and entertain family and friends, yet we are only 10 minutes from Seneca and 15 minutes from Clemson where we can enjoy urban entertainment, good restaurants and the Clemson Tigers.
We have the Best of Both Worlds.
