Enjoy the newly remodeled Ocean front Studio, Situated at few minutes distance from Main Street Pier on World famous Daytona Beach, FL. The Non Smoking Property on Pirates Cove. Studio /Condominium features two pillow top Queen Sized Beds,Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Full Sized Bath, Blender, Free HBO along with 42inches flat screened HDMI TV and importantly Private Balcony which over looks the spectacular Panoramic Views of Ocean. For great convenience we offer two beach chairs.

Studio is available for some seasonal rental.

Modern building amenities includes swimming pool. Coin operated Laundry service, vending machines and gift shops. Our property is located at Dunlawton Bridge (Southeast corners of the Dunlawton and the Atlantic) , close to finest restaurants and great shopping . Access to free internet and HBO.
We are green with solar panels for water heaters and the pool is heated too.
We have a new fitness room for the owner of units and guests.
Travelers who will book the studio need to be over 25 yrs old . Pool is not available for the moment ! Working on remodeling and repair the seawall! Please ask about pool if available!

Clean,easy access, comfortable

This was a clean, cozy, convenient place to stay. Ocean view was amazing. Communication with property owner extremely easy and accommodating! Would recommend!!!

We will be coming back!

Naum was an excellent host and prompt in answering any questions that I had. The studio was spotless, adorable and very well maintained. It had an amazing ocean view looking directly out at the ocean! The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. There was always available parking, usually very close to the room access. No need to buy extra toilet paper or paper towels and Naum was obviously very thoughtful in the supplies that he provided, including a step stool for the bathroom (we didn’t need it but he thought everything out!). I will definitely be coming back. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much and the price couldn’t be beat! Hopefully the pool will be fixed after hurricane damage-they were actively working on it while we were there!

Wonderful experience

Our stay at the oceanfront condo was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the host, Mr. Naum, was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to communicate with. The condo itself exceeded our expectations it’s clean, well-maintained, and with breathtaking views of the ocean from the fifth floor balcony. The location was perfect for beach access and exploring the area. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway. We’ll be back soon. Thank you, Mr. Naum.

Property manager Naum was very helpful, and quick to respond with any inquiries I had. Building had some recent storm damage on exterior and unit was a little dated. Overall was nice, quaint, affordable place to put my head down
