Complete house (140 m2) renovated close to University
Large house 140 square meters renovated in 2019 and ideally located next to the University. Vinkhuizen is a quiet area of Groningen with all the facilities needed and only 4 km from the City Center. Behind the house you have your private garden that has sun most of the day. We also offer a small shed in the garden for placing bikes and a BBQ.
Close to the Zernike University Campus and 500 meters from a large shopping mall with all the shops you may need. The Roege Forest is closeby and is a nice park with a petting zoo.
200 meters from Busstop line 7 which operates 2-4 times per hour.
New kitchen, bathroom and all interior also new. Ideally for small groups or families. We are looking forward to hosting you!
