Five different outdoor living spaces include a front deck, screened in porch, covered porch, and a large open back patio and a new She Shed - all with seating. The large back yard is perfect for provided badminton, croquet, and many other fun activities.

A new extra wide and deep stairway to deck and front door make access easy for all ages. A wide driveway allows for four cars, and a one car garage for storage is available.

A path to McGinnis Brook and access to Green Mountain Forest walking trails on property. The street is well known for walkers, bikers, and runners.

The cottage is seven minutes from the summer Horse Show and a few more from there have you in Manchester or Dorset town centers. Horse trailer parking is INCLUDED-location next door.

DOGS ARE WELCOME based on breed - no kitties though please.
