Charming mountain house in Pietransieri, ideal for a weekend or a skiing holiday in relaxation and fun.

Ground floor:
-large lounge with sofa bed and TV
- a bathroom with shower
-a kitchen with a large wooden table, and everything you need
- veranda accessible from the kitchen, to be used as a ski deposit in winter, or as a dining area in summer, with a panoramic view of the pine forest overlooking the village.
First floor:
- Large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bathroom with shower
The house was completely renovated in 2019.
The optimal position allows to reach Roccaraso in 10 minutes and the ski slopes in 20 minutes.
