Ζapphira Villa in Peritheia Corfu can accommodate up to 12 people in a living area of 170 sq.m. It is located on the main street from Peritheia to Acharavi village on the outskirts of Antinioti Lake, just 1 km from St. Spyridon Beach and 6Km from Acharavi. The villa features large private pool, a main ground floor building for 8 people plus a smaller separated studio for two,(two extra guests can be accommodated on folding beds on request with extra charge), barbecue area, large garden with flowers and fruit trees. The whole villa is air-conditioned with private parking spaces.
Ζapphira Villa is built in a fenced plot and offers privacy to customers. Entering the main building, on the left, is a spacious open plan dining area, living room with flat screen TV, fireplace and a fully equipped Kitchen with all amenities, extra dining table, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hobs, fridge and refrigerator, coffee machine and much more. At last wooden stairs lead above the living room to an interior balcony bedroom with two single beds and desktop. On the right and ahead there are a small shower .a spacious bath and three other bedrooms .One bedroom with double bed and two with two single beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV and wardrobes. The separated studio has small Kitchen, double bed, large wardrobe and comfortable bath.
In the swimming pool area customers can have a relaxing time under the shade of big parasols, on comfortable sunbeds, dine next to the barbecue and enjoy the Greek sun and nature. Kids can play in the garden or swim in the pool under the observation of their parents.

A fantastic family holiday

We stayed at the villa for a week with 2 babies and 8 adults. We loved the amenities including the swings, pool and outdoor cooking area. The indoor living area was also great for relaxing. The property is close to two villages where you can eat out or get supplies but both are driving distance. We enjoyed sitting outside on an evening but it is difficult with the wasps and midges (cannot be helped by the owner). One other issue is the upstairs bedroom, it is open plan so you will be able to hear others watching TV or having the light on if they are using the living area. The host was very friendly and the whole family agreed the villa was good value for money.

Très agréable location de vacances

Cette maison très bien entretenue est idéale pour séjourner en famille et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires comme décrites dans l'annonce. De plus cette maison dispose d'un très beau jardin dotée d'une grande piscine. Les alentours sont agréables et les plages sont proches. La propriétaire Alison est une personne charmante qui est très attentive au bien-être de ses hôtes.
