The well-presented living room leads out onto a large sunny private balcony, which is furnished with an alfresco dining set. A master double bedroom and spacious family shower room complete the layout of this carefree retreat.
The 3-storey residence benefits from lift access, a private garage and communal outdoor swimming pool (open 1 June -15 September).

The resort village is 9 minutes’ drive away from Riva del Garda, 14 minutes’ drive from the waterfalls and scenic footpaths of ‘Parco Grotta Cascata Varone’ and within 60 minutes’ drive of Verona and Valerio Catullo airport.
