Casa Cada Stunning 1 Bedroom Cabin with Private Pool and BBQ Perfect for Couples

Casa Cada is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin situated within 15 minutes drive from the picturesque Andalucian village of Competa with all amenities. Ideal for that relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.
The outside space comprises of a large raised decked area, a large newly built BBQ area and your own swimming pool with plenty of seating area enabling you to bask in the sun.
One of the famous white villages of the axarquia, Cómpeta glistens against the impressive backdrop of the sierras. It retains its old world character as typified by the traditional municipal market, but offers modern facilities including several small supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, banks, swimming pool and an excellent hotel as well as some small B&B. Narrow streets wind around the village making a delightful place to take a stroll past the old houses with their flower filled balconies and perhaps stop for a small refreshment at one of the charming local bars.
Set in one of the most beautiful parts of spain, cómpeta is approximately 17 km inland from Torre del Mar and Nerja and only one hours drive from Malaga airport.
The surrounding area is mainly a farming community with many vineyards, olive and almond groves. The grapes are used to produce the strong wine for which the village is noted and dried to make raisins. The herb flavoured honey is another popular local product.
The spanish people here are very friendly to foreigners coming to live in their village and make you feel welcome

Delightful stay

Very nice well stocked cottage. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and the view is breathtaking. Outdoor area offers several seating options where one can relax, eat and just enjoy the view. Perfect oasis to practice naturism.

A slice of heaven!

We stayed here for 1 week and it was glorious! Lovely and private, away from it all, but still only 15 mins to the lovely village of Competa, or 30 mins to the coast. The views from the plentiful seating areas are beautiful and the sunsets stunning. Casa Cada offered us everything we wanted and needed for a wonderful week away.

Possibly one of the best holidays I have ever had. The villa is located a beautifully secluded area, perfect if you want a week of peace and quiet to relax. There was absolutely everything we needed at the property, and is the perfect size for a couple. The view from the rear of the villa is stunning and eating our meals over looking the hills was just perfect. The property manager Carl couldn't have been more helpful and made check in so easy, he also very kindly sent us restaurant recommendations.. You will 100% need a car but this isn't a complaint, and the hill leading down to the villa can be a bit daunting the first couple of times but you get the hang of it. We will 100% be back in the future.

Beautiful setting

The villa which is nestled in the hills is rustic but pretty. It is short drive from both Torrox and Cómpeta and 50 mins from Malaga airport. The entrance is down a very steep drive so not for the faint hearted or drivers that are not confident. The villa itself has everything you could need for a holiday, beach towels, linen, kitchen equipment and even some inflatables for the pool! The owners had clearly thought about things that you need and Carl was helpful if you assistance with anything. There was basic foods like seasonings, sugar, tea and coffee provided so we just did a little shopping. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away. We highly recommend a day at the beach in Nerja (about 25 mins drive) we went to Playa de Burriana and hired a Cabana for the day which was 22 euros but well worth it. If you want peace and quiet this place is for you.

Gemütliche Ferienhütte ausreichend für 2 Personen. Die Unterkunft entsprach dem Onlineauftritt. Jede Menge Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse und rings um den Pool. In der Küche waren alle Dinge da die man als Selbstverpfleger benötigt,sogar Gewürze Mehl und Zucker. Zufahrt etwas tricki beim ersten Mal, aber hat man schnell im Griff. Einziger Makel, das die Poolstufen etwas hoch waren. Empfehlenswert ist das Häuschen auf jeden Fall und auch Insektenschutz denn die kleinen Biester sind kaum zu sehen dafür aber umso zu spüren. Danke an Carl für 20 Tage tollen Aufenthalt. Gruß Ute&Ronald

Der Ausblick ist einfach nur „Wow“!Casa Cada liegt wunderschön in den Bergen zwischen Torrox und Cómpeta. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleine Dedica-Siebträgermaschine – perfekter Kaffeegenuss am Morgen!Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage sowie eine Waschmaschine, und überhaupt ist die Ausstattung sehr vollständig. Die Terrasse und der Poolbereich sind großartig – es gibt viele schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, um die atemberaubende Aussicht zu genießen.In Torrox findet man zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die in etwa 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen sind. In Nerja gibt es sogar einen Lidl und einen Aldi, die sonntags geöffnet haben. Auch für Tagesausflüge liegt die Casa Cada ideal.Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Carl war supernett, und Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert.Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wir haben 12 wunderbare Tage in dieser Unterkunft verbracht, die Abgeschiedenheit und den einzigartigen Ausblick genossen.Carl steht bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung, ist unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und souverän. Die Ausstattung ist für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien sorgen für Abwechselung und der Plancher für den Gaumengenuss. Der Pool bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Einzig die Mücken waren lästig – allerdings nur für anfällige Typen. Im Gegensatz zu mir, hatte mein Mann kaum Probleme. Daher für ausreichend Schutz sorgen.Das nahe gelegene Örtchen Cómpeta lädt mit seinem Charme zur Erkundung und Verweilen ein, ebenfalls Torrox mitsamt den Stränden. Kurzum: perfekte Erholung im perfekten Umfeld.

Die Beschreibung ist ja schon gut, was dich erwartet noch besser. Die Aussicht ist genial und wer es etwas einsam mag, für den ist dieses Haus eine gute Entscheidung. Man sollte nur beachten, dass man ein Mietauto braucht. Man fährt mindestens 15min zum nächsten Supermarkt

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est parfaite pour deux, nous n’avons manqué de rien. La terrasse est grande sans aucun vis à vis avec une vue splendide. Traumhaus in den Bergen

Eine tolle Unterkunft, ideal für den Urlaub zu zweit. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Terasse und der Pool sind das absolute Highlight. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Einführung von Carl waren sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.

Un lugar espectacular

Solo puedo decir, que repetiría una y mil veces. Es un lugar ideal para desconectar, rodeado de naturaleza, tranquilidad y a poca distancia de Torrox por si quieres pasar un día de playa. La casa es perfecta para una pareja y no le falta detalle, tanto en el interior como en el exterior.

Espectacular alojamiento con todos los detalles, tranquilo, relajado y con todas las comodidades, así como unas vistas espectaculares de la montaña y al fondo el mar. Cerca de todo con el coche. Repetiré seguro. Y Carl encantador. Cada vez que esté estresado mi cerebro irá a Casa Cada recordando ese porche con sus vistas y su brisa envolvente. Una maravilla.
