Comfortable lounge with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with cooker microwave fridge. The caravan has double glazing and central heating gas fire and tv. Large wooden outside veranda with table and chairs. Tarmac parking available next to caravan.

it was nice cozy comfortable just with the cleaners when we walked in it was like little bit. You could smell it off like the sofa and the chair that there is pets brought over. It was all okay just the smell of the pets and the sofa wasn’t very clean.

The van hadnt been cleaned, dirty pots, dirty cutlery, hadnt been vacuumed or dusted and lacked some general maintenance. That said we enjoyed out 4 night break and only used the van as a base. Excellent communication with the owner who replied promptly to any questions and made the stay very easy.

Was not impressed at all caravan was full of mould. on one side of the caravan the floor was giving way under your feet. Was very dirty would definitely not recommend if you want any sleep as people accross was partying until 2am.

Lovely stay, great location

Within walking distance of the beach and local amenities including the fairgrounds that you can see from the window. Site itself is quite so a good nights sleep. A local Morrisons on-site that has what your need.

could not fault anything we had a lovely relaxing time the camp is ideal the shop is well stocked the caravan was clean and comfy with lovely large sofas and big tv large veranda which our dog loved parking outside of van i would stay again and recommend to friends and family

Great location and parks

The location was perfect for us as a multi age family 6yr/15yr plus 2 adults. Plenty of nice places to eat out, shop on site well stocked. Communication with the owner of the caravan excellent and very accomodating. Caravan plenty big enough so both kids could have their own rooms. I personally had the best nites sleep. Comfy beds. Huge tv, large verandah tonsit out and have breakfast and a glass off wine in the evening. Will definately book again.

Van is positioned in a lovely spot. Veranda brilliant. Only draw back we kept getting lost like many other people on the site as no signs to say which row it was. Heard many people in the early hours looking for their van. Could be signed posted better.

Family stay

Overall a good all round stay. A few issues with a leaking shower but I'm sure it's fixed now. Grandson asked why was there no wifi lol, kids nowadays 😂. Many thanks

Not happy with our stay here, there was no heating or hot water, the boiler was faulty and not resolved, this should have been tested before our stay hot water due to a faulty boiler

Nice weekend break

Had a nice weekend break. Caravan was hard to find a wasn’t clearly numbered. Check in process was straightforward and caravan was clean and tidy. The radiators needed updating as were very rusty and air vents full of dirt and dust. Other than that the caravan was clean. There were some mold spores (very few in the bedrooms). Overall we had a lovely weekend.

Lovely site

Caravan was clean and tidy. However, the vents in the kitchen ceiling were disgusting, absolutely full of dust and dirt. Our only other comment would be that the radiators would benefit from a coat of paint. They are all very rusty and unsightly. Rest of the van very clean.

The caraven was out dated had black mould growing all over the blinds and most walls and ceiling. Needs a refurbishment. The wall behind the oven had a big burn mark. The property was cleaned enough but found dirt and pubic hairs in the toilets sink. Whole caravan smelt of musty damp.

HOLIDAY

THE KETTLE IN THE KITCHEN WAS UNUSABLE DUE TO CORRODED ELEMENT BOTH MY WIFE AND I ARE BOTH OVER 70 YEARS OLD AND VERY LIMITED SPACE IN THE BEDROOM BY THE SIDE OF BED THAT ROOM WOULD SUIT SINGLE BED BETTER WENT HOME EARLY DUE TO ABOVE PLUS THE WEATHER VERY BAD
