This quality two story property boasts all the creature comforts of home. The large kitchen comes fully equipped including a dishwasher. For those chill out times, a comfortable lounge/dining area awaits you where you can make use of the satellite television, dvd player, stereo (including iPod dock) and Wifi.

This villa has two bedrooms on the ground level, a double and a twin room, along with a bathroom. Elegant winding stairs lead you to the upper level and here you will find three bathrooms, four spacious bedrooms (two doubles and two twins). The master bedroom is impressive with an en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All bedrooms are complete with comfortable furniture and air-conditioning and the upstairs bedrooms all enjoy access to the grand terrace overlooking the swimming pool and private grounds. Please note that one of the twin bedrooms upstairs does not have AC, however fans are provided for your comfort.

The villa grounds are particularly impressive. You are spoilt for space, with grassed areas, outside dining and coffee tables, poolside chill out space, alongside beautifully maintained gardens. The fantastic swimming pool basks in sun all day long and is surrounded by cushioned sun beds and several tables and chairs where you can enjoy a BBQ day or night.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday with loved ones - this villa is in a residential area with neighbours in close proximity.

2 minute drive to the nearest beach of Talamanca

All our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.

Please note that this fantastic villa is located in a residential area; therefore, we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours who live in close proximity. We kindly remind all guests to familiarise themselves with our noise policy as per our booking terms and conditions.

Additionally, the villa is fitted with noise sensors - if noises levels reach above the maximum legal level, you will be notified with a warning. Any complaints from the neighbours, town hall or police regarding noise can result in on-the-spot fines which guests will be liable to pay.
Arrival between 21:00 and 04:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.

Perfect Villa in ideal location

From check in to check out everything ran so smoothly. Vicky was very helpful throughout our weeks stay which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The Gated Villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious with a fabulous outdoor area, table tennis, BBQ and pool. Set in a quiet location set back from the road but close to Jesus for restaurants, bars and supermarkets approx 12 minutes walk away and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop for Ibiza Town. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to the owners and Ibiza Villas for being so accommodating

Well if you’re looking for a villa that’s great value for money with plenty of space for 12 guests then this is the place. 12 of us went to Ibiza for a 50th birthday celebration and we couldn’t fault this property at all and there was more than enough space. Particularly the outside area which had everything you needed including an outside fridge for drinks. It was in a quiet spot but not to far away from Ibiza town, the airport, beach and a few local shops. Sara was our contact and she’s was fantastic and even thanked us for looking after the villa and also the concierge of the host were very helpful and if we ever go back to Ibiza we 💯 be staying there 👍 10 out of 10 Loved it

Great for groups

Property is generally great, the outside area and facilities are particularly good. Only minor point is furniture is a little basic and some of the over bath showers aren’t great. However overall the property’s facilities, outdoor space and location more than make up for it. Would definitely stay again.

From Jesus, you are well placed to head north and discover Ibiza’s third largest town, Santa Eulalia and the less developed north of Ibiza.
