The beautiful modern apartment Mateljan Ivan is located in Kastel Luksic. It is situated on the ground floor of this house and it can accommodate up to six guests. The house is positioned on the very sea front, so the beach and the sea are just few meters away from your accomodation.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms - one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two seperated single beds, a main living area and two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine. In the main area, you can find a comfortable living area with a TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. The couch can be used as additional double bed for two guests. From the living room you can enter the terrace where you can find a seating area and loungers overlooking the garden, the sea and the beach nearby. BBQ grill is available in the shared garden. Baby cot is available on request. Private parking is at your disposal in front of the house.
