Cozy and newly renovated house 4 minutes from the center of Soria.
It has 3 floors. Three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms en suite and an extra bathroom. Living room, reading space, TV and fireplace, large kitchen with everything you need, has another lounge with TV. We also have a small garden and patio.
Privileged location just a step away from the center and only 3 minutes from the Duero River. Located in the skirt of the beautiful natural park of "the Castle". Walks and spectacular views. A house where you will feel in the middle of nature but within the city.

Original y muy agradable casa.

Una casa muy agradable, perfectamente dotada de lo necesario. Muy original, la calefacción funciona perfectamente, así como la chimenea. Una casa muy artística!!! Nos ha encantado !!

La casa tiene todo lo que es necesario para sentir que estás de vacaciones en un nuevo hogar. El entorno es precioso en el seno de un parque y equidistante entre el Duero y el centro de Soria. Nada que pueda ser mejorable.
