The house has a garage for one car, living room, kitchen, dining room and half bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, as well as a bathroom and shower on the top floor. Small backyard for pets. The location is ideal if you come or go to Monterrey, as it is very close to the National Highway. It also connects easily with the Blvd. Colosio which takes you to bridge 2 towards Laredo Tx.
