The view was impressive but slightly misled as the pictures don't show a road and motorhomes right outside the back in front of the view, so its not as private as it appears. The cabin itself was very good and had all the amenities you could need. You are expected to clean the whole property afterwards, cleaning product's are provided but this is a lot considering the price. Host was amazing with amswering all questions about the resort, transfers and many other questions I asked, however on the day of check in, we had no contact at all despite multiple messages and phone calls. Thankfully we found someone to help on site, but we didn't hear from the host at all even afterwards, which was stressful when you're stood outside your cabin with cases and no way to get in. Overall a great stay and great cabin. Short walk to the slopes but out the way enough to have privacy.

Didn’t live up to description

Disappointed that it’s listed as ski-in ski-out. Shouldn’t really be described as this as only is it ski-in ski-out when the road has snow on it! Also, bedding is not included and doesn’t say in the description. Cost us an additional 100 and was old and worn. Also, the beds in the bunk room are very, very narrow. We have a 15 year old who didn’t fit and ended up on the sofa.

Fabulous location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this chalet. The location can’t be faulted. The chalet could do with a little care as the vinyl is coming off the kitchen cupboards & is a little dated. Please also be aware that the service fee does not include a full clean. You are expected to do a full clean of the kitchen & bathroom which isn’t ideal when you are rushing to pack to check out. Inventory checks are carried out on check out so if they are already booked at 10am then you may have to check out earlier (we had to check-out at 9am as that was the only slot left). Chalet boot room is very handy to dry your ski gear overnight. Excellent activities within walking distance. We did husky sledding & horse/carriage ride throughout the forest - highly recommend. Would definitely stay again if service fee/expectations to clean are resolved.

TrĂšs bien, mais n'Ă©tant pas motorisĂ©e (Ă©tant venue par le train) j'ai dĂ» trouver chaque jour des personnes pour m'amener et me ramener au chalet, Ă©tant venue faire la semaine chantante aux EnchantĂ©s. Par contre, nous avons eu un gros pb au retour Ă  cause du taxi initialement prĂ©vu qui nous a plantĂ©s et les dĂ©parts de la navette (9h) sont trop tard pour nous ĂȘtre utiles.

Ons verblijf in Chamrousse was op zich prima. Alleen zou er bij vermeld kunnen worden dat je erg hoog zit en zeker 20 min bij een winkel vandaan zit. Verder was er geen code vermeld van het sleutelkastje waar de sleutel in zat van het huisje

Tout est prévu dans le logement pour passer un excellent séjour. Petit cadeau de bienvenu. Chalet idéalement placé. Il est possible de se passer de la voiture ce qui est trÚs appréciable. Restaurants, commerces, pistes de ski, départ randonnée... Si nous devions émettre une critique : le chalet aurait besoin d'un petit rajeunissement et de transats et une table pour profiter du soleil sur la terrasse. Excellent séjour.
