Villa Davyvic is a beautiful property well preserved and maintained with lots of care. It is set in a quiet rural area close to a pine forest and surrounded by orange orchards. The Villa has its own private pool with a garden-patio giving lots of open air space where adults and/or children can relax and enjoy the property.


Villa Davyvic has 120 m2 of space covering a single flood with two double bedrooms, a living room with two sofas which convert into extra beds, a recently renovated fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. It has lots of natural light from the Mediterranean sun. There is
plenty of parking space and other extras services including free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The villa is located in the Ibizan country side in a quiet pretty area of the island. It is only five minutes by car or a thirty minute walk to the village of Sant Miquel de Balanzat. The famous beach Playa de Benirras where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets is only 10 minutes away
by car.

Très agréable séjour

Maison au calme, jolie vue dégagée sur le grand jardin et la campagne (voiture obligatoire). Grande terrasse ensoleillée et ombragée bien équipée (transats, salon et salle à manger, cuisine extérieure avec plancha), intérieur simple mais avec tout le nécessaire.
