Come enjoy your Montana getaway at this mountain top, luxury home with commanding 360 degree views nestled in the private, luxury development of Cascade Ridge. No detail is overlooked in this 3,000+ sq. ft. home with attached garage, private hot tub, and beautiful wood-burning, stone fireplace. With amazing views of the Spanish Peaks, Fan Mountain, and Lone Peak plus access to the private Lodge (which is just steps away) with an indoor and outdoor pool and ski-in/ski-out access, your summer and winter vacations just got that much better! Lodge operational season dates: (Winter: Thanksgiving week - April) & (Summer: June - September)

This Cascade Ridge home has 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the main level. It has its own fireplace plus a steam shower and jet tub in the master bathroom. The lower level includes a second master with a king bed. There are also two bedrooms with queen beds and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. The lower level media area has a sectional with a full sized pull-out mattress for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has its own TV. In all, it sleeps up to 12 adults max.

It is conveniently located near Cascade Ridge's private Lodge which includes amenities such as ski in/out access, ski lockers, boot dryers, heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, library, great room, and complimentary beer and wine bar. Rental of the home includes full access to the Lodge. Lodge operational season dates: (Winter: Thanksgiving - end of April) & (Summer: June - mid September).

Cascade Ridge 16 is situated a short distance from the Moonlight entrance yet conveniently close to Big Sky’s attractions and activities, including the famous Beehive Basin hiking trail. A short drive to the bustling bars, grills, and cafes of Big Sky Resort Mountain Village Plaza and a perfect basecamp from which to explore Big Sky Country and Yellowstone National Park, this custom vacation rental features everything you will need for the perfect Big Sky vacation.

Fantastic!

I booked this beautiful home to celebrate my 40th bday with 7 other friends. What an incredible location. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and convenient. We loved the access to the lodge right next door. The ski’ing “out” is a lot easier than the ski’ing” in but no complaints. Thanks for a great time and I’ll definitely look to book this beautiful property again!

Unbelievable house and location

This house is amazing , great layout , beautiful views , nice amenities. The clubhouse which is 1 house away is a huge bonus for adults or children. You can walk in the snow with flip flops it’s so close and go in the outdoor pool and hot tub . The house also has its own private hottub . Fireplace is gorgeous and we cooked all our meals here. The house is a true ski out and very easy, it’s a little tricky getting back but that was part of the fun as well . Would highly recommend this house

Great place; 4x4 recommended in winter

Great home. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well maintained and comfortable furniture. The Lodge was a frequently used feature - great to have that so close for games, drinks, pool/hottub/gym, ski lockers, and a “third space”. Property manager was helpful to introduce me to someone for baby rentals, and lodge staff was super helpful and friendly. Ski out was very easy - green circles, suitable for my six year old. Skiing back was easy navigation wise, but takes a little momentum on some of the cat tracks. Also green circle skiing on the way back. The lifts to ski back are dated - wouldn’t put small children on them without an adult (no bars on lifts). The road up to the development is steep. We didn’t have four wheel drive (my mistake) and didn’t always make it. Get four wheel drive for winter.

Overall it was a great stay. The house is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the ski lodge next door. It is a great place to get ready in the morning. And a fun place to have a drink after a day of skiing. We made use of the outdoor hot tub and pool. We lucked out with very good conditions. My only gripe and it is a small one is the ski in part. No problem getting out in the morning, but the ski in is tricky. I wouls stay again without any hesitation.

Just bring your skis

Great home packed with amenities. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to the Lodge which was also great. Kids enjoyed the pool and smores. Staff could not have been nicer. House had everything we needed. Just bring your skis. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Hope to come back and stay this summer.
