This is a lovely 3 bedroom, two bath, private guesthouse on 5 acres. Full kitchen with all amenities. Laundry facilities. We have cows and chickens, and an orchard that almost always has something in season!
Close to Bethel, Shasta college, Shasta lake, minutes from downtown, and the famous Sundial Bridge, where bike trails abound. Bikes available. Dog friendly, see pet policy. Outdoor BBQ and gazebo for outdoor dining. Fire pit for hot dogs and marshmallows, stargazing. Have a picnic with out having to travel! Room to play. Front and back decks. Deer visit daily. Country setting, close to I -5 and downtown. Long term weekly and monthly discounts. Perfect for travel nurses, students, work assignments.
