We welcome you in a contemporary house located in a large plot surrounded by olive trees with sea and mountain views.
The site is quiet with the benefits of the countryside and close to shops and the beach.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed that can be separated into two beds.
The living area includes a well-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace overlooking the pool.
On the patio, there is a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom.

The house is new and well insulated; it is composed on the ground floor of a bedroom, a living room and open kitchen (steam oven, mixed induction / gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine) and a bathroom with designer furniture and shower Italian. In the basement, small additional bathroom with shower and toilet.
The large picture window in the living room opens onto the terrace (outdoor lounge and dining room) plunging onto the infinity pool located below; all the terraces are covered with ipe; a (steep) staircase leads to the second bedroom which also has a divisible double bed. In an independent building there is a bedroom with sleeping for 2 people, bathroom with WC.
A high terrace offers a clear panorama on this natural space visited by goats and cows, wild boars, rabbits, and overflown by couples of royal Milan.

Rental is possible from Friday to Friday to allow you to travel cheaper.

The prices indicated must be understood as follows:
- for 1 to 4 people, basic price in the house with 2 bedrooms
- for 5 to 6 pers. (sleeping in the sofa bed in the living room or 3rd bedroom in the extension), please contact us.
We do not ask for a supplement if you come with more than two children. We adapt the price to allow small families or large families not to spend as much as several couples of adults!
At the indicated price, you must add the cleaning costs 50 €, the charges (electricity) and the deposit (to be seen directly with us)
