About this property
Chianti Sunshine at Marioli
Villa Marioli is an agritourism complex in the heart of Tuscany: a unique terrace overlooking the Chianti countryside.
The ancient buildings are located near Montebenichi (about 200 meters away), an ancient fortress of Siena in the Middle Ages.
It is an old farmhouse, part of the building dating back to the fifteenth century and in the 90s the building was completely renovated and the house is back to life.
The house is surrounded by several hectares of olive groves, producing a small amount of extra virgin olive oil. The bottles of oil can be purchased directly at the complex.
The complex consists of five apartments and each Apartment is completely independent with its own Solarium, BBQ, private entrance, parking place and shared Pool and Private Jacuzzi (Option). Free Wi-Fi
It is also very well placed to start day trips to the most beautiful and interesting areas of Tuscany and even Umbria.
The apartment has 4 + 1 + 1 beds.
The apartment is 60 square meters. and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room with a typical Tuscan fireplace and a lounge with satellite TV.
External and private veranda / terrace to relax or eat with exclusive barbecue.
Possibility of 1 or more additional beds on request with supplement in addition to tourist tax and heating.

My Toscana Dream
The house is perfect, pool area is perfect, view is perfect, host is so friendly!
Salt, pepper and sugar would be nice to have in the house on arrival.

Heavenly Accommodations in Tuscany
My wife and I just spent three weeks in Italy. Had the pleasure of staying at Villa Marioli for several of those days. The location was perfect! We had access to main sites in Arrezzo, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, and San Gimignano, all within our hour drive or less.
We absolutely LOVED our time at the Villa. The view was amazing. It was so nice to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset looking over the beautiful olive groves and forest. Fernando was a amazing host to us. Enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and olive oil which were welcome gifts from him. The Villa was everything and more. I highly recommend going to the small restaurant in Montebenichi which is just walking distance. I had the best florentine soup in my life and the pasta was amazing. I highly recommend you book this Villa. Such great lifetime memories!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Fernando ist ein herzlicher , freundlicher , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Aussicht auf das Festland war fantastisch. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Gepflegte Außenanlagen.

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend!!!
The views are amazing! Quiet and peaceful. The villa was spacious and accommodating. We grilled dinner at sunset while enjoying the view and time together. Fernando is a complete gentleman and willing participant to insure our stay was what we expected. Highly Recommend!!!
