The apartment is located in a very particular area of the town at 150 meters. from the sea, 50 meters. from the pine forest and 300 meters from the center; located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift, it overlooks the river and from the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding rolling hills, the medieval village and the river and the port. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a large living room. A terrace and a veranda with laundry area are available.
There is also a private parking space for guests and the use of garages for prams and bicycles.
The area is very quiet and out of the noise of the center, but all types of shops can be found within walking distance, including the pharmacy. There are also small grocery stores that sell quality local products.
The white and fine beach is about 3 minutes walk from the apartment and extends for Km, being served by bathing establishments equipped with every comfort. You can also take advantage of large stretches of free beach.

Gefühlt wie zu Hause

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche genossen und uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Man merkt der Wohnung an, dass sie auch von der Vermieterin selbst bewohnt wird, weil alles vorhanden ist was man braucht, einschließlich der Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Fließenboden überall. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin (auf Englisch) war offen, ehrlich und zuvorkommend, wie wenn wir schon länger befreundet wären. Danke Ginevra! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Marion und Werner

Belle semaine balnéaire

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec notre fille de 16 ans. Merci à Ginebra pour son accueil. Son appartement se prête parfaitement à des vacances balnéaires. Situé tout proche de la mer, très propre, bien équipé, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petits déjeuners sur le balcon face à la Bruna sur laquelle circulent de petits plaisanciers. À quelques minutes à pied du centre animé du village, l’appartement est calme. Nous avons également apprécié que l’appartement soit traversant ce qui permettait de garder une température correcte malgré la température extérieure. Nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement grand et confortable, et avons bien profité du balcon que ce soit à midi ou le soir, malgré la chaleur. Le quartier est calme, proche de la mer, des commerces et du centre historique. Vacances très reposantes!
