In their commitment to the environment, they have taken measures to reduce impact, including solar panels for hot water, LED lights throughout the house, efficient appliances, and a garden with optimized water usage.

The house is equipped with a pellet fireplace (biomass).

The 160 square meters of the house are distributed into 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (hot/cold), 3 bathrooms all with shower trays, a living-dining room, and a kitchen.

The first two bedrooms are double rooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.50 m x 2 m and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 cm x 2 m, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.35 m x 1.90 m. These last two rooms share an independent bathroom.

The house does not have a barbecue because it is located in a high natural protection area, but it does have an electric griddle for your barbecuing needs.

Access is mostly paved, with only 100 meters of the path unpaved. The rural house provides parking space for three vehicles.
