Villa Life, Beach & Golf Paradise!

At the heart of the safe, gated community of Punta Cana Village, this 2-level, 3+ bedroom house is ideal for families, groups, couples or friends looking to enjoy the beach, golf, or just relax. The place is close to the airport, beautiful sandy beaches, golf resorts and parks.

As our guests, you will have access to beautiful Playa Blanca, world-class golf courses at Punta Cana Resort & Club, and many more.

Village center offers restaurants, shops and grocery stores for all your needs.

The space

The main floor has a cozy living room with a Smart TV (Free WiFi is available); a formal dining room which includes a wine fridge (wide wine selection available at the supermarket); a half-bathroom; a very spacious fully-equipped kitchen; an inviting terrace with a comfortable dining set and a ceiling fan; a secondary terrace with two lounge chairs ideal for private sun tanning; an additional terrace with seating available, and a patio where you can hang your wet towels and swimwear after enjoying your day at the pool (Please Note: ***pool/beach towels are not provided***).

The second floor has three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and lots of closet and drawer space. All bedrooms are equipped with A/C for a relaxed and quiet night sleep. Each bedroom has their private bathrooms, each with a hair dryer and soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Additionally, there is a family room on the second floor with a queen-size sofa-bed and a Smart TV. The family room opens-up to a west-facing balcony that overlooks the pool.

It’s hard for me to pick my favorite place in the house, but I must say, I can spend hours in the terrace sipping a glass of wine, playing cards, and having a good time with family and friends!

Luis and I have prepared this house thinking of you, from good-quality furniture to equipment and essentials. That’s why the house includes:
-Rotta bedroom sets, made in Brazil, out of 100% solid wood from renewable forest, and engineered with non-toxic PVA glue
-Clean bed linens
-Bath towels
-Hair dryer in each bathroom
-Soap/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom
-A Safety box in the common area closet to keep your valuables
-Fully-equipped kitchen
-Cooking and knife sets
-Dining set, cutlery, wine glasses, etc. to serve 8 people

Your safety is important to us. That’s why we have prepared an evacuation map, located in the kitchen. We have also installed two fire extinguishers, one in the kitchen and one in the second floor.

Are you concerned about services in the area? Well, don’t be. You have everything you need just minutes away from the house. The Supermercado Nacional is about 1.5 km away, and so is an array of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, beauty salon/spa, ATMs, Currency Exchange Offices, etc. There is plenty of restaurant choices in the Village but if you have a sweet tooth, I recommend you to go to Baskin Robbins, my favorite!

Last but not least, a brand new shopping center, BlueMall Puntacana, was just inaugurated in August 2017 barely 2 km from the village, with boutiques, restaurants and cafeterias for all preferences!

Guest access

The house is located within a gated community so it’s very secure. As our guests, your name and car plate (if applicable) will be notified to the gates to facilitate your access in and out. There is a carport in the house for 2 vehicles, but you can park two more vehicles on the driveway.

Getting around

The Village is close to the airport, a very short 5 minute drive. Once you are there, getting around is very easy; all services are within walking distance.

The Village has lots to offer for your enjoyment but if you want to adventure Punta Cana downtown for some dancing at Guaguancó or Coco Bongo, or if you want to spend the day in Juanillo Beach (15 mins drive) or Macao Beach (30 min drive), I would recommend you to rent a car. Another option is to contact a taxi driver we have used many times before; we will provide his contact information upon request.

Want to visit another beach? Beautiful white-sand Playa Blanca is an excellent choice, only 10 minute drive from the Village. To get there, I suggest you to take the shuttle that runs from 10:15am to 11:15pm from Four Points By Sheraton hotel, conveniently located outside the Village, 5 minute walk from our house.
