Awesome apartment with a beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at Manuelas and Patricks place. They were wonderful hosts and took good care of us. The apartment is beautiful and the location is breathtaking.

Wonderful sight

A very warm welcome when we arrived, everything was well prepared and we were informed by our host. Patrick was every time reachable and helped by questions. The sight from the terrace is very wonderful, we enjoyed the astonishing seaview every day. In a few steps you reach the stony beach with very clear water. The house is well equipped and there are fans in all rooms. The small settlement with various dining options is just a five-minute walk away, we enjoyed our evenings near the small harbor. We also received some tickets for the boat to Toulon (20 minutes trip). The huge plus point of the accommodation is the really unusual location.

Einfach traumhaft!

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Der freie Ausblick auf das nahe Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Hafen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und äußerst zuvorkommend und der Empfang super freundlich; Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderbares Haus in fantastischer Lage

Magnifique emplacement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines. La vue sur la mer est merveilleuse. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Nous avons découvert Saint-Mandrier et la région de Toulon qui a beaucoup de charme.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

La location est claire, propre et bien équipée. Grandes chambres et literie confortable. Vue sur la mer depuis quasi toutes les pièces, grande terrasse agréable et terrain de boules privé. L'accès est un peu difficile côté rue (via un escalier pentu, la maison est à flanc de "falaise"), mais plus simple côté chemin des douaniers (prévoir 5 minutes à pieds du parking). Commerces et port à quelques centaines de mètres. Excellent séjour ; nous conservons l'adresse...

Un vrai paradis, rien ne manque à cette location. Le propriétaire est tout a fait prévenant. Seul un gros orage ayant ramené des déchets en bord de plage a pu rendre la baignade un peu moins enthousiasmante.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Saint Mandrier. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in erster Reihe am Meer. Es ist extrem ruhig, man hört im Grunde keinerlei Zivilisationsgeräusche. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem lebensnotwendigem ausgestattet, insbesondere einer voll funktionsfähigen Küche. Der Zugang zum Steinstrand erfolgt vom Grundstück über einen kurzen Fußweg und einer Treppe (50 Stufen). Der Strand ist bis Anfang September von Rettungsschwimmern überwacht. Das Meer ist sehr sauber, da die Schifffahrtslinien in großer Entfernung verlaufen. Insgesamt ein herrliches Objekt, in das wir gerne wieder kommen.

Bienvenue au paradis ! Face à la mer, à 2 pas de la plage de la Coudoulière (plage de galets), vous vivez au rythme (et au son) de la mer. Equipement complet, beau terrain de pétanque devant la maison, propriétaires disponibles si besoin. L'absence de place de parking est surtout préjudiciable pour les opérations de chargement / déchargement, et l'absence de climatisation compensée par des ventilateurs de plafond.

Alles war bestens. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Traumlage direkt am Küstenweg mit Meerblick und Meerrauschen. In 10 min zu Fuß bei der Fähre nach Toulon. Die Militärübungen in der Nähe gehören in Frankreich halt dazu. Würde sofort wieder hingehen.

Ein wahres Paradis

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in der Villa Marlou verbracht. Es war unbeschreiblich schön und die Kinder sowie wie wir waren direkt verliebt in das Haus und die unfassbar schöne Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns direkt bei allen Fragen weiter geholfen. Es war ein Traum, wir kommen wieder.
