Just a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the town centre and habour in Cavalaire, this residence set in quiet wooded grounds. When you're not at the beach, indulge in the seasonal outdoor pool, or relax in the well-being center for an additional fee.

Between le Lavandou and Saint Tropez, Cavalaire sur Mer is an attractive seaside resort with 4km of sandy beach backed by the Maures mountain range. When you stay here you'll have access to charming Provencal markets, Fenouillet trail with its wonderful coastal views, and more. This space can comfortably sleep 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6 guests.

Our air-conditioned space has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed or a Zip bed. There is an alcove with Bunk beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.

After lounging in the seasonal outdoor pool, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE.

Make a quick snack in your KITCHENETTE. If you don't feel like cooking then enjoy the breakfast services (available on-site for an additional charge).

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Prestige Les Canissons where our 28m2 space is conveniently located. These include the shared outdoor pool (heated except for in July and August) which is open from mid-April to mid-October, as well as the Petanque ground. For an additional fee, enter the well-being center that features sauna, hammam, hot tub, beauty treatments, and a fitness room. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Restaurant Pizzeria Cros du Mouton, just a 6 minute drive away! We suggest visiting the The Bonporteau and Pardigon beaches. Grab a refreshing drink or a cocktail at La Rhumerie and enjoy a beautiful water view.

Please note that some essentials are available on-site, but may not be free. Additional fees are detailed below:

• Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you
• Breakfast service (prices on-site)
• Spa Payot Les Canissons (Reservations Required): Sauna/Hammam/Indoor Swimming Pool: €11 per person per session (access restricted to those aged 16 and older).
• Treatment Rooms: Available to all with online reservations.
• Bed linen is included, however, a fresh set is available for €15/kit
• Bath linen is not provided but is available to rent on-site for €10/kit
• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €70/pet/week. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed.
• Outdoor parking is free!
• TV may only offer channels in French
• Baby kit rental (crib + high chair + bathtub) : 9€/day – 35€/stay
• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €500
• Please note that a small daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change, please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
• Additional end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes) is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring intervention cleaning other than that described in our T&Cs will be subject to invoicing through the deposit.
