Regency Isle is one of the premier condos in the area. Each unit within this facility is privately owned; furnished and maintained at the discretion of the owner, so all units are not considered "equal." We have made a significant financial investment and commitment to provide the best for our guests by completely remodeling our two units (410 and 902) with custom upgrades designed to ensure they are updated with top of the line amenities. We also provide many little extras that aren't found in other condos.

>>>>RI requires wrist bands to be worn by all guests over 5 years old (March 1-Sept 30 and during some special events outside these dates) while using the pools, beach chair service, grills, gym, etc., to ensure the wonderful RI amenities and the spacious beach area are available for, and being used by our guests only. ****It is important to list the proper number of guests in the reservation so the appropriate number of wrist bands will be provided.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

If owner provided beach towels are used, please wash & dry prior to departure. Huge help on turnaround days
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
CARTS: Please unload carts outside the condo. The carts aren't designed to fit in entryway and attempts will cause damage to doors, floors & walls.
NO SPRAYING Sunscreen inside or on the beachside balcony. This causes slippery floors (safety hazard) and stains to furniture and floors.
Person named on reservation is responsible party (age 25 years+) and must be a resident of this unit for the duration of stay.

We are a true house divided: Two engineers - one Alabama and one Auburn grad. (We just don't talk about it)! We live in north Alabama and have two married children and six grandchildren- all of whom LOVE the beach!
We look forward to sharing our condo with others who are looking for a vacation home that provides both luxury and comfort in a family- friendly environment. We appreciate you considering our privately owned, personally managed, condo for your family's vacation home!

Why they chose this property

We love Regency Isle with its beautiful architecture - high 9 ft ceilings, crown molding, 8 ft doors, and check out all the amenities! The grassy area for playing and the covered pavilion with complimentary gas grills are a true luxury that is not typical to most other condos in the area. Having large indoor and outdoor pools and spas provide entertainment even during inclement weather. We also appreciate having covered, reserved parking! The 2 BR condos are larger than most typical 3 BR units, so one has a feeling of "home" while living there. In 2020 we completely remodeled the kitchens in both of our condos to include new and additional cabinets, new granite and appliances, and a more usable counter height bar. We also updated and remodeled both of our condos at RI to include a large, step-in dual shower in the master en suite and replaced old cabinets with new taller vanities with drawers for storage. We also installed new granite, and new porcelain plank flooring throughout. The new tub with tiled surround in the 2nd full bath is awesome! We also find the bonus half bath to be a must have! It provides extra dressing space and is super handy. The facility is well maintained and we are committed to maintaining our condos to be top of the line - a best in class!

Our recent upgrades and appointments to this unit (completely remodeled kitchen & master bath, new flooring and granite throughout, new lighting in baths, and all new faucets) added to the other luxury appointments, will allow our guests to feel the comforts of home and enjoy amenities and luxuries that are not common to most rental properties.
