Carducci House apartment
Traveling sometimes it happens to stay in uncomfortable structures set up in an uncomfortable and improvised way; It is from these experiences that I created Carducci House, "my housing solution" that I use and, in some periods, I grant my welcome guests to use.
Everyone would like to find a location located a few minutes from the center in a strategic position full of services in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy: Turin!
Carducci House is 150 meters from the Carducci Molinette Metro stop, which takes you to Turin Porta Nuova station and the city center in 4 minutes.
In our area there are: Lingotto Fiere, 8 Gallery Shopping Center, Eataly, Oval, Automobile Museum, Palavela, Valentino Park, University and the main hospitals in Turin.
Carducci House will welcome you with the brightness and liveliness of the rooms combined with modern and functional furnishings.
The apartment (three-room apartment) recently renovated is about 80 square meters, located on the fourth floor of a period building with concierge and lift (not suitable for the disabled) consists of:
Large KITCHEN with refrigerator, induction hob, coffee machine, utensils and kitchen linen
"OTTANIO" BEDROOM with king-size double bed, wardrobe, desk and TV (possibility of extra bed)
"GREEN" BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk and TV (possibility of extra bed)
DOUBLE SERVICES (one inside the room) both equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer
Guests will also have free Wi-Fi, washing machine, central heating with thermostatic valves
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay
YOU CAN STORE YOUR BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT AT THE END OF THE CLEANING.
We are flexible and will be happy to organize a late check-out if possible, in case you can leave after 11 am if you have no incoming guests.
At the time of check-in, the data of each guest must be recorded as required by Italian law, you will therefore be asked to show a valid identity document.
Check-in after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and requires a supplement as follows: - between 9.30 pm and 11.00 pm: € 25 - between 11.00 pm and 12.00 pm: € 30 - after 24.00: € 40

Loved this place!
We stayed at Carducci House while in town for a work trip and absolutely loved it! The place was clean and stocked with essentials (including a welcome gift), it's centrally located to lots of transport and shops, plus a great gelato place downstairs:)
Pier let us check in early and was very accommodating and helpful with recommending places to eat in the area too. If we're ever back in the area for a non-work trip, we will definitely be staying again!

Hidden Gem
This apartment is an absolute treasure. I can’t praise it enough. The owners were responsive and helpful, it was immaculately clean, the furnishings were all high quality and all amenities were fully modern and worked perfectly. The location is just steps from a Metro station which puts you in downtown Torino in minutes. A piece of advice when booking…if you want the apartment to yourself you need to be clear that you expect to occupy both bedrooms in the apartment. Otherwise you may find yourself sharing the kitchen/common areas with others. Casa Carducci felt so much like home. Can’t wait to go back!

Home away from home
Casa Carducci is for you If you are looking for a home away from home in Turin. The owners go above and beyond to get you settled into the apartment and acclimated to Turin. Their standard of cleanliness is impeccable. It’s so much easier to set out on adventures exploring the area when you have such a nice home base as Casa Carducci.
