Private Apartment and completely private. One double bed is located on the second floor with 1 big bedroom onto balcony, lounge, bathroom and kitchen. Bedroom has air conditioning.

Beach House is located in Flic En Flac at least a minute walk from the beach and one of the prettiest lagoon in Mauritius. Located in a quiet location and 90 meters from the beach, you can swim in the lagoon or dive in the tropical aquarium with the colorful fish or rest under the filao trees.

The apartment was very dirty. There was only one air conditioner, which was in the bedroom and didn't cool properly; it was also very noisy. The kitchen was poorly equipped.

This apartment is enjoyed by majority of couples and they like it because it’s has a huge balcony big bedroom lounge bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It’s very close to the sea and restaurants. It was renovated in 2024. The majority of reviews for this apartment are very good and our guests come back year after year. Thank you for the review. Feedback from guest are taken seriously and will make all necessary effort to improve things. The apartment has only one air conditioning in the bedroom as advertised. The air conditioning is fully tested regularly and maintenance carried out every 6 months. The air conditioning works fully and I’m sorry if you were not shown how to make the temperature cooler. The mattress is new and was bought in Nov this year and I’m sorry if you did not like the colour. The apartment is cleaned before a new guest arrives and I will speak to the cleaners. The tiny mark on the window frame is a discolouration from the heat as it’s a tropical and very hot country. It will be repainted.

An honest review

My boyfriend and I stayed here for over two months. Here’s our honest review of the apartment; Overall score: 4/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 When we arrived at the apartment, it was not cleaned very well. We found a few unpleasantries, like a moldy towel, and a smelly kitchen. At the same time, we found no cleaning supplies and the only equipment offered was a broom and a mop. After reaching out, Chadien took care of the towel, and offered us a few basic cleaning An honest review supplies. But we had to buy stuff like tea towels, cloths and a few specific cleaning items. The hosts: 5/5 Chadien is the local host, and was very welcoming and helpful. Whenever we had a problem, he was there. He also helped with any questions we had regarding our trip in general. Very kind guy! Location: 5/5 We loved the placement, very close to the beach but also secluded from the main roads going through the city. We were quite unlucky as there were two buildings close to the house being renovated while we visited, but this was nothing we or the hosts could’ve known. This meant that there were loud noises and people working. But the place felt very safe and the area around was nice. Critters: 3/5 A few cockroaches visited the apartment.. we contacted the owner about this, and a pest control guy came shortly after, and took care of the issue. We also had a few house geckos come visit, as well as a handful of frogs outside. Other than that, we enjoyed looking at the wild birds, cats and dogs

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement était propre, et correspondait aux photos ainsi qu'au descriptif.Bien situé, la plage est à 5mn et les restaurants, à 10mn à pieds.Bien que le propriétaire ne soit pas sur place, nous avons eu de bons contacts très réactifs via la messagerie. Sur place nous avons eu à faire avec Chadien, qui est chargé de gérer les appartements. Il est très sympathique et à l'écoute de tous vos besoins.Les moins : le matelas étant déformé il mériterait d'être changé, et la télévision fonctionne mal.

Localisation au top, restaurants à proximité (5/10min de marche) plage à moins de 5min de marche, supermarché à proximité. Mais l'isolation phonique n'est pas parfaite. Les feux d'artifices, les pétards, les pigeons dans les combles et les voisins sont faciles à entendre.

sehr sauber, Lage mit Strandnähe, ruhig gelegen, Küche recht gut ausgestattet; kleine Mankos: es gibt nur im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage (Wohnzimmer/Küche mit 1 Ventilator), was durch die fehlende Isolation im Mauritius Sommer sehr ungemütlich werden kann

L’emplacement de l’appartement est très bien situé.À 1mn de la plage.La proximité des commerces,taxi,bus ou location de voiture pour aller visiter sois même l’île.Admirer le beau couché de soleil tout les soirs.L’appartement est un peu vieillot.Le propriétaire doit normalement refaire des travaux.

Un logement situé dans un petit coin tranquille avec vraiment tout dans les environs (plage, supermarché, pharmacie...). Un propriétaire très gentil, agréable qui nous a attendu malgré notre grand retard et qui à était surtout très serviable.
