Our new studio apartment is close to Northern Kentucky riverfront (Newport on the Levee - 3 blocks), walk to downtown Cincinnati (15 minutes). A REDS game is a beautiful, easy, safe, 20-minute walk across the Ohio River.
Surrounded by great restaurants, nightlife, and family activities. Located at 634 Monmouth St., close to aquarium, stadiums, shopping. You’ll love the ambiance, the outdoors space, the lively neighborhood, the people! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Seasonal Ghost Tours, as well as Gangster Tours will give you a historic perspective of this quaint town!
NEW: Ovation and Icon Music Centers, both within walking distance!
The Space:
The building is 120 years old. We have maintained the original character while modernizing amenities. This room #2 has a new King size bed, full kitchen and a beautiful subway tiled, walk-in shower.
Guest Access:
The entire apartment is for our guests, along with our rear deck and a complimentary laundry area. Not to mention a private parking lot! We are always a phone call away, but we are often below at our boutique, Urban Chick, and we only live 5 minutes away. As a guest, receive 20% off all purchases at Urban Chick Boutique! Also, a wine/bourbon bar has been added!!
Our goal is to make everything as convenient and easy as we possibly can for each and every guest!
Do Historic Newport right and experience all this little town with the big city has to offer. From nightlife to museums and cultural destinations to world-class eateries and sporting events, there won’t be a dull moment during your stay with us.
The neighborhood:
Close to restaurants, concerts, shopping and sporting events. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.
Getting around:
Private parking lot included. This unit includes parking for one car only! Park your car and then walk, ride bikes (Red Bike services), or use the Southbank Trolley.

Wonderful stay! This was our third time here, and we will definitely be back again. Plenty to eat within very short walking distance, this time we tried La Mexicana, Pasquale's, the Pepper Pod and Dixie Chilli ...all were awesome! Comfy bed and amazing shower. As always, thank you for a clean, cozy, convenient stay! See you next time!

Relaxing night of baseball

This place was very clean, the bed and pillows were great. The hostess at the bar downstairs was very friendly and helpful. The shower was wonderful and it was so easy to get to the ball park from here. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was lovely. One of the most important things to me was the bathroom. The towels were large, clean, and absorbent. The water pressure was perfect. My daughter and I felt safe walking to and from our venue and the host were great. Having a discount in the bottle shop was an added bonus. Reesa took great care of us and knows how to nake strangers feel welcome. The owners made sure we knew where to go in town for the best experience.

Great location, quiet, safe and clean

We came to town so that I could run the Flying Pig Marathon and chose this property because of it's proximity to the event. Everything was perfect. It's a 20 minute walk to downtown and there are excellent eating and shopping options in Newport. Jeff communicated well and made sure we had everything we neede. I'd definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Get-Away

A great studio apartment in a great location!

My husband and I stayed here for the 3rd time to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time! We walked to Carabello and Trailhead Coffee, both of which were fantastic! We went to Ghost Baby for live music and delicious cocktails and went to Montgomery Inn for dinner. We love the location of this apartment for the price. Plus, the bed is super comfy!

Comfortable studio apt and great walkability

Very large for a studio, nicely updated and quiet even though it’s in a busy commercial corridor. Lots to explore within walking distance, including the riverfront on the Ohio. The host is easy to reach and very helpful should you have any issues or questions.

Loved our room at the inn for a one night stay. It's in a wonderful location. I wish we would have been able to stay longer. Only made plans to be in town for one night for a show at the Southgate house revival, which is only a block away. We do plan to come back. The bed was amazing
