Newly refurbished Villa situated In the quiet resort of Addaia

The villa, which is situated in the quiet resort of Addaia is within easy walking distance of the port, restaurants and a small well stocked supermarket which serves excellent croissants and freshly baked bread.

The lower level comprises a very large lounge/dining area with 2 large sofas
a dining table to seat 8 with access through bi-fold doors to the pool and a secluded patio area with sunbeds. There is a newly fitted kitchen with a centre aisle and all new appliances,
The 2 bedrooms on this level are spacious and have built in wardrobes, one has twin single beds and the other has bunk beds. There is also a shower room and a utility room.
The upper floor has two further large bedrooms both of which have en suite shower rooms and built in wardrobes. There is also a large private upper terrace on which is a table with seating for 6 and sunbeds.

The well maintained gardens have a variety of plants and trees including pomegranate, fig and pear.

Good location, excellent host and would highly recommend.
Just returned from this fantastic villa in Port Addaia in Menorca. Lovely villa, well equipped and clean. Lovely pool area. It's homely and was perfect for two families. The owner Steve was fabulous and ensured our comfortable stay. He also gave us lots of recommendations for the local area. A couple of restaurants in the resort were within walking distance and had nice food at all. .

Good villa for our requirements, comfortable beds and living room furniture. Owner very attentive. Would have appreciated more outside lighting around the pool area for evenings.

We fell in love with this island over 30 years ago and bought our first house here in 1986. We visit the island regularly as do our children , grandchildren and friends as they all love the 'Menorcan lifestyle'.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in 2018 and spent 6 months refurbishing it to a very high standard. We wanted to create a villa which was very open and had loads of social space whether it be in the large lounge diner which opens up onto the patio and the pool or on the upper terrace, which judging by the comments from people that stayed there last year we have achieved. They loved the open spaces and even when all the bedrooms are occupied you do not feel cramped. They also liked the ability to follow the sun whether it be by the pool or on the upper terrace, no matter what time of day .
