If COVID 19 affects your stay directly, due to cancellation of flights etc, deposits or any monies paid, can be carried forward to agreed dates, the following year.

Fabulous Villa in Addaya overlooking the marina, set in beautiful gardens with private swimming pool, pool bar and Barbecue area. Two storey villa, comprising three bedrooms, Master with a dressing room, one double and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Downstairs is a Lounge, kitchen, garage and covered terraces. The property has a classic feel to it, but benefits from the comforts of a recent build.

The villa comes fully equipped, with air con in all three bedrooms, dressing room and lounge. There are mosquito nets on windows in all bedrooms and kitchen; together with free Wi-Fi. The accommodation is close to a supermarket and local restaurants. There are many beaches on the island and one which is a ten minute ride away, with spectacular views over Arenal Bay. Hiring a car is a must to see the island.
Please note that renting this property out for 5 or 6 days maybe available upon request.

Great stay in Menorca

This was an amazing property for our stay in Menorca. The backyard pool and patio was a plus where we enjoyed breakfast and just relaxing after beach, boating, hiking and touring. Shops and restaurants were just a short walk up the street and the marina and hiking a short walk down the hill. The owners responded quickly to my questions leading up to the trip and while in Menorca. This is a gem!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful villa

Such a stunning place to stay with wonderful views. The place was really lovely. A close walk away from the Marina and some local restaurants. We will definitely be back to stay. June was a great hostess and was easily contactable. 10/10 :)

Lovely spacious villa in a great location for the restaurants, shops and harbour. Great pool, good size with plenty of terrace and garden area around the villa. Beautiful views from the upper terrace over the harbour. Would definitely return again.

We have been coming to Menorca since 1989 when our daughter was young. We are now taking our Grandsons to this magical place. We always stayed in Addaia because it is safe, friendly and family orientated. It has all the amenities on your doorstep, but if you want to move outside of the area by car, everything is easily accessible.

It is quiet and comfortable for couples and has all the amenities for families. Home from home.

What makes this property unique

It is close to the Marina and has availability for long walks. It is close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the beach. If you want to spend a day by the pool, that is just as accommodating too. The kids will love the pool and the adults will love the chirping of the birds and comforts of the privacy of the surrounding gardens.
