A Minorca come a casa

Location spettacolare, casa perfetta e oltre le nostre aspettative, molto spaziosa nel giardino, disposizione ottimale, spiagge vicine non comodissime ma tutto facilmente raggiungibile. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. Piscina perfetta. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Family scattered in UK, USA and Canada - this is our pearl in the Mediterranean that we are equipping and improving to the highest specification for our enjoyment and yours!

Why they chose this property

Relatives bought a house nearby 50 years ago. They love coming here. We visited and fell in love with the area, too. We were so fortunate to find this villa in Cap d'en Font, belonging to an old couple who wished to move to Sant Lluis to be closer to their family. This is now our incredibly special extended family holiday home. We have redone the house extensively throughout, while relishing the wonderful plants that the original couple so carefully tended. Our family loves the sea. This house is a few steps from a gorgeous sea, close to little beaches, to wonderful restaurants, to harbours and to boats. We adore it! If it weren't for work we would all be there all the time!

What makes this property unique

The house has a wonderful heart - a living room connected to the kitchen, and steps away from the bedrooms. It is a social place. But then outside you have many places to sit and enjoy the sunshine. On the terrace at the front, under the trees where you can put chairs and there is a rope seat on a branch. At the back by the BBQ, by the pool. Upstairs on the terrace with wonderful views of the sea. Or wander off and jump in the sea.
