Sea Frontline House With 180 Degree Panoramic Sea Views

The house is ideal for up to 2 families willing to share holidays while keeping enough intimacy, and those appreciating tranquillity, snorkelling, diving, fishing or walking. Small supermarket, restaurants as well as the wonderful sandy beach of Arenal d'en Castell are only few minute walk from the house.
The house is made of 2 adjacent houses (Ficula A and B) connected through the external terraces and an internal patio with access to the upper terrace. The 2 houses are offered as a single unit. House Ficula A has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House Ficula B has 2 double bedrooms with one full bathroom. The kitchens are open to the dining-living rooms which give access to the terrace, private swimming pool and garden through large French door-windows.

Up to 6 people, only Ficula Vell A is proposed and Ficula Vell B is not rented to preserve intimacy of the guests. Groups of 6 or less people willing to use Ficula Vell A and Ficula Vell B will be charged a supplement of 500 euros/week.

We had a lovely time at this wonderful property, and particularly enjoyed snorkelling in the nearby cove on calm days. Check-in and check-out was easy and we met the very nice host who was staying nearby. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms too. Pool was fantastic. Great location to top it off; easy 10-15 min walk to the beautiful beach at Arenal d’en Castel.

Grandparents and their two families.Outstanding views, peaceful area, easy access to Arenal beach and swimming off rocks if sea state allows. Good simple accommodation with lovely pool and veranda. Well equipped kitchens and comfortable beds.Air conditioning was much needed on this visit. Good BBQ area, and rooftop views for the evening. Small inner courtyard allows easy access between two separate villas with drying area and extra shower room. Private parking for 3 cars.

Beautiful villas, highly recommended

My family of 6 plus our in-laws enjoyed two fantastic weeks at these combined villas. There was plenty of room, lots of essentials and the layout was great. For the extra hot days, the air con worked fantastically well, and the pool was gorgeous. The views are amazing and the local shops & restaurant (5 minute walk) were great value. A small walk down allowed for superb snorkelling and a 10 minute (tops) walk to the clean beach gave us endless days of fab views. The manager, Robert, was fantastic throughout, really nice and really helpful. Simply cannot fault the villas or the holiday, we will be booking up next year for sure.

une maison fabuleuse

Nous voyageons souvent en famille et réservons toujours une grande maison bien située, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Ces deux maisons que nous avons loué ont parfaitement répondu à nos critères; Bien situées, à 10mns à pied, avec enfants en bas âge, d'une très belle page, un temps équivalent pour avoir accès à un petit parc de jeux pour enfants. Au calme, sans vis à vis, une vue exceptionnelle sur une crique avec le bruit de la mer en toile de fond. une piscine très fonctionnelle avec des profondeurs différentes pour permettre aux plus petits d'avoir pieds. une organisation intérieure (chambres, salle de douche ou bain, WC) optimale. Une House manager très réactive pour toutes questions. un gérant immobilier, Monsieur Robert Olives extrêmement disponible en amont de la location pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Un sans faute pour un séjour inoubliable en famille: Sans nul doute nous y retournerions si notre famille souhaitait de nouveau aller à Minorque (cette partie de l'ile étant encore très préservée.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Ficula Well verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein. Toller Platz zum schnorcheln für die Grossen,Sandstrand knapp 10 min.zu Fuss und toller Pool für für Gross und Klein. Perfekt.

Superb... for summer

Very beautiful and functional house. The Sea is some 20 meters away, the view is very nice and the house is well equiped. However, unfortunately for us, we happened to be there in a cold week at the beginning of April and the house heating was insufficient to keep it warm. I would hearthily recommend the house for a late spring or summer stay, but not for winter or beginning of spring.

Séjour très agréable avec une vue splendide...... Propreté ++ Villa très bien située puisque au milieu de l ile. Un petit chemin vous donne accès à une petite crique dans les rochers pour se baigner au pied de la maison. Nous avons eu l opportunité de rencontrer les propriétaires très sympathiques et très reactifs.... Je recommande....

A wonderful, clean and spacious villa. We rented both Ficulla A and B for our group of 6. The views were better than in the listing. Robert was so friendly and welcoming. The teens in our group snorkelled in the water below the house and jumped off the rocks. A lovely area which although seems remote has easy access walking to shops & restaurants. Lovely to not feel overlooked. We had a wonderful stay amd I would recommend highly

Family celebration

We were 3 families in Menorca to celebrate Grandad's 70th. An ideal beautiful spot with space for all. Midults enjoyed sea swims from rocks down below. Children from 11 to 22/12 spent most of time in the pool and nearby beautiful and safe but busy beach 5mins walk. Good diving had if wanted and restaurants in Fornells and Mercadal all easy drive of 25mins. Airport and Mahon also 20 to 25mins. We had an amazing week and cannot thank the owner enough. We left forgetting to run the dishwasher remembering in flight and apologise for this. Thank you

I fell in love with Menorca when I discovered the island in the 80's. I bought a land very close to the sea and built this house that I refurbished in 2013, to add a swimming pool, a new kitchen, air conditioning but keeping the charm of a typical Menorcan chalet.

Why they chose this property

A house on the waterfront to hear the noise of the sea and enjoy one of the best panoramic sea views in Menorca, all with great tranquillity! A very nice coast path will lead you directly from the house to the village of Macaret and another coast path will lead you to the beaches of Arenal d'en Castell and Son Saura. For those enjoying diving or snorkelling, the cala in front of the house offers spectacular seabeds with amazing fauna and flora.
