Recently modernised villa with pool and great access to a quiet beach. This villa is one of eight unique villas that are situated on the beach front. It has plenty of sun loungers on the terraces, a new swimming pool with optional safety barriers and outside wicker seating/BBQ area. The facilities include a fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen and air-conditioned bedrooms. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a well equipped lounge with entertainment area.

This family owned holiday home over the last year has been expanded to include a fourth bedroom and a private swimming pool. Also the villa has been modernised throughout and 2013 is the launch year of the property to the rental market. The project has been managed by family members, Alistair and Nikie, and they manage the rental side of the property.
Nicki is a designer and therefore has had the major influence on the recent modernisation, where Alistair is an accountant so gets the less fun financial aspects.
The property has been in the family since 1977 as a holiday home. During this time the family has made many local friends.
