This villa is found at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area of Binibeca. Surrounded by mature gardens and backing onto wooded green belt, it is only a short walk from one of Menorca's most beautiful sandy bays. This split level property has a large under-cover terrace overlooking pine trees, the large pool and sunbathing terrace and is perfect for alfresco dining. The pool terrace also provides another outside eating area and barbecue. The terraced gardens with pine, olive and palm trees provide welcome shade from the heat of the summer for those who prefer. The cool interior is attractively and comfortably furnished and is well equipped with TV in English, DVD and CD players and wi fi.

The mature gardens and split levels of this property provide several different areas to relax, dine, sunbathe or simply while away the time with a book in the hammock under the trees listening to the birds.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this property are definately found in its location. It is so close to the beach you can hear the waves on a breezy day. This proximity to both beach and all amenities make car rental a personal choice and not a necessity, yet it is quiet and secluded surrounded by pines and wild olive trees. There are both sunny and shaded areas within the garden making it ideal for all preferences and age groups.
