Beautiful villa of typical Menorcan architecture with spectacular sea views and located in the exclusive area of Cap d'en Font.

This wonderful villa has a spacious living room with views straight out to sea, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 5 double bedrooms (one with three beds), all with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, a garden, barbecue area and infinity pool with remarkable sea views. The master suite has its own private terrace which is literally a balcony over the Mediterranean Sea.

The property is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning throughout. The amazing location with uninterrupted sea views and the comfortable accommodation make for spending unforgettable times at this beautiful home.
It’s important to note that while planes can be heard passing during the day, there are no night flights, so rest is not affected.

La zona se sitúa en la costa sur de Menorca, donde se combinan espectaculares playas de arena blanca con pequeños rincones de roca con agua cristalina, donde el poder nadar entre peces no es una utopía. No es de extrañar que se encuentren en la zona pequeños clubs dedicados al deporte náutico y al buceo.
La costa sur-este está constituida de urbanizaciones turísticas de pequeño tamaño y de zonas vírgenes sin construcciones, muy cerca del pueblo de Sant Lluís y a escasos 5 km del aeropuerto y de la capital de la isla Mahón.
El aeropuerto se encuentra cerca de la zona, los aviones pasan por encima de las casas.

Wonderful house with an unbeatable view

We absolutely loved our 10 days at this house. It is exactly as pictured, and a truly beautiful place. We were a group of 2 couples and 2 kids, and had plenty of space. The house is located in Cap Den Font, which is about 10 minutes driving to Binibeca and 20 minutes driving to Cala En Porter, and 10 minutes driving to Sant Luis. There is a good restaurant (El txoco) 10 minutes walking from the house, and an awesome beach (Binissafúller) 10 minutes walking as well. The rest of the restaurants and beaches are a drive, though a very short one. There are lots of fun rocks to explore right off the property and you can dive into the water from there, but it’s a bit precarious and only my husband was brave enough to do so. Definitely not doable for kids. There are lots of “virgin beaches” within a very short drive, but it’s a longer drive (40 -60 minutes) to some of the more famous beaches closer to the Ciutadella. We were with kids so didn’t make that drive during our stay. The house is great for cooking meals, but know that you will need to buy everything including spices, oil, aluminum foil, trash bags, dish soap, sponges, paper towels, etc. There is a nespresso maker for coffee and a dishwasher, which was very helpful. The pool was lovely but definitely a bit brisk in September. Also, the house is located near the airport which was convenient for travel but also means you can hear planes throughout the day as it’s in the flight path. Any house in the area would have the same, and we didn’t notice it after the first day. Lots of space in the yard for lounging. We spent most of our time on the porch enjoying the view, which is what this house is best for. Also, you will need a rental car and it is a great outpost for exploring the south of the island. We had the best time in Menorca and would definitely stay here again for future trips. Marta was a great communicator and helped us with everything in a super timely manner. Absolutely recommend!
