The property is a 3-minute drive from the center of municipo des Castell, first municipality in Spain to see the sunrise in a rural area near the sea and prehistoric constructions.
This typical Menorcan house, over 150 years old, has been restored in 2014 and has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 2 lounges. Has possibility of extending plazas.
On the farm you can enjoy all the peace and quiet you want. Relax by the pool or enjoy a barbecue or bake bread in a wood oven, you can stroll around the farm, has 60 000 m2 of land, or grab the car and go to the beach of Punta Prima, or Playa Es Grau, among many others, to no more than 15 minutes.
Both the municipo des Castell and the town of Mahon, the capital of the island, Nautical Clubs feature where you can practice water sports you want.
The day is celebrated on July 25 Sant Jaume, patron of the town. It is celebrated by the traditional Jaleo, a delight for lovers of horses and a party not to be missed.

Un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet endroit privilégié, proche de tout et à la fois éloigné de toute pollution sonore, visuelle, ... Ce lieu est précieux. Il nous a offert une vraie déconnexion de notre quotidien, pour nous permettre de nous ressourcer, de nous reconnecter à l'essentiel. Les espaces sont incroyables, et même à 14 nous avions largement d'espace pour avoir chacun notre espace sans nous croiser. Juana est une hôte extraordinaire, ainsi que son mari que nous avons eu la chance de croiser au début. Ils accordent beaucoup de soin à cet espace. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement chez nous. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil et ce précieux cocon.

Valoració casa inentorn

Aquest allotjament ha estat meravellós.Els propietaris, molt amables i atents sempre i l'estància, molt tranquila.Recomanam el lloc per la seva bellesa i per la seva decoració rústica i molt ben cuidada. Ens ha a agradat moltíssim la piscina, molt rústica i ben situada a l'entorn. Molt recomenable!!!!!!

Grazie alla calorosa accoglienza di Juana e Rafael,abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in questo luogo magico. Non manca nulla: un bbq prifessionale, una piscina in pietra locale con illuminazione "emozionale", spazi per rilassarsi, le stanze ampie ed arredate con gusto. Eppoi i proprietari sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni vostra richiesta. Le nostre 4 famiglie hanno veramente" desfrutado "e raccomandano fortemente questa oasi a tutti i viaggiatori in cerca di luoghi speciali!

Hemos estado hospedados 9 días en esta casa de campo para poder celebrar un evento familiar en compañia de familia y amigos como tambíen disfrutar de la tranquilidad del entornos . La casa es espectacular; Recientemente reformada está decorada con un gusto exquisito y con el más mínimo detalle.Los dueños son personas encantadoras que nos han facilitado todo el menester para poder sentirnos como en casa. Recomendados sin lugar a dudas esta propiedad. Nunca olvidaremos estos días tan maravillosos.

UN FIN DE SEMANA ESPECTACULAR... DE LUJO

Este fin de semana pasamos unos dias en Menorca, en compañia de familia y amigos, fueron dias inolvidables y la estacia de lujo... fenomenal. Una finca tipica menorquina, rustica, muy acogedora y tranquila, sólo se oían los sonidos de la naturaleza y sin faltar el mínimo detalle. Muchas gracias y supongo que repetiremos en otra ocasión.
