Situated on the exclusive western edge of Alghero, surrounded by verdant olive groves and lush meadows, this villa offers an exclusive private pool, elegant and manicured woodland scenery, a veranda with outdoor seating and sumptuously furnished rooms.

When the sun goes down, while you take an aperitif comfortably seated on the veranda overlooking the pool, you will see your children playing on the lawn and plan a fun boat trip, or a day on the beach or a trip to Northern Sardinia.

As the name of the villa suggests, in this house the predominant color is pristine and surprising white, which distinguishes well-furnished and spacious rooms and large windows overlooking a scenario of quiet and relaxation.

The villa is literally bathed in light.

All new and ergonomic mattresses will allow you to wake up refreshed in fully equipped bedrooms, complete with garden views, verandas, air conditioning and eye-catching visual touches.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures pleasant convivial group moments, while the spacious bathrooms are characterized by precious ceramic elements and dark wood.

In the kitchen, in addition to the induction hob, there is a dishwasher, a very large fridge, chest freezer, ice machine, kettle, toaster, blender, ice cold beer dispenser (where if you want 2 refills of beer liters, the cost is € 10 each refill).
This cuisine will satisfy even the most refined chefs.

Welcome extras such as outdoor shower and poolside loungers ensure guests can make the most of the large saltwater infinity pool, which sparkles invitingly in the garden.

Fantastic property

We were able to spend a great vacation in a fantastic property. The location in secluded nature on the one hand but only five minutes by car from the center of Alghero on the other hand allows for a lot of variety. the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Tolles Haus mit kleiner Einschränkung

Wir waren zu sechst im August 2021 in diesem Haus. Das Haus liegt in mitten der Olivenplantagen vor den Toren Algheros. Das Stadtzentrum ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus befindet sich in einem riesigen Garten mit Oliven- und anderen Obstbäumen in einer absolut ruhigen Lage. Das Haus hat eine gehobene Ausstattung und es sind quasi alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Die Eigentümerin hat vor unserer Ankunft auch Teller mit Gebäck bzw. Käse vorbereitet und Getränke, Eis und Fleisch im Kühlschrank bzw. Gefrierschrank bereitgelegt. Der Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool, welcher einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck gemacht hat. Alles in allem war das Haus, der Pool sowie der Garten in einem ordentlichen und gepflegten Zustand. Leider gibt es aus unserer Sicht aber eine Einschränkung, die man vorher wissen sollte. Das Haus wird in der Anzeige für 5-7 Personen angegeben. Jedenfalls war dies bei unserer Buchung und auch im August 2021 noch so. Wenn man wie wir, mit 6 Personen anreist, und dann noch von größerer Statur ist, wird es mit den Betten schwierig. Auf der deutschen Seite wird neben dem Kingsize- und dem Doppelstockbett noch ein Queensize Bett mit 160cm Breite angegeben. Das sollte normalerweise für 6 Personen kein Problem sein. Leider ist das Queensizebett aber nur 120cm breit und damit eher schwierig für 2 Personen geeignet. Die Alternative war dann, dass ich auf dem Boden auf einer Matratze geschlafen habe. Was mich am Ende aber wirklich gestört hat, ist dass die Agentin (die nicht die Eigentümerin ist) dies nicht als Fehler bzw. Mangel eingesehen hat. Sie war der Meinung, dass es auf der italienischen Seite mit 140cm Breite richtig stehen würde. Leider konnten wir bis zum Ende der Reise auch keinen Kompromiss finden und da Fewo-Direkt nicht für die Anzeigen verantwortlich ist, blieb nur die Erkenntnis, dass man in solchen Fällen als Urlauber recht machtlos ist. Das ganze hat die Urlaubsfreuden natürlich auch entsprechend getrübt, da ich immer noch der Meinung bin, dass ich mich zum einen auf die Angaben verlassen muss und ich einfach erwarten kann, dass bei diesem Preis jeder Gast ein ordentliches Bett erwarten kann und nicht mehr oder weniger auf dem Boden schlafen muss. Ich verstehe auch nicht, warum man das Haus nicht einfach nur für 5 Personen anbietet oder das Bett einfach gegen ein breiteres austauscht. Trotzdem würde ich das Haus unter dem Strich empfehlen.

Perfekte Oase

Das Objekt präsentiert sich genau so wie auf den Bildern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche mit allen Geräten in sehr guter Qualität, alles sehr sauber und perfekt funktionierend (die Eigentümer verbringen hier ebenfalls ihren Urlaub). Garten, Pool und immer grüner, dichter Rasen sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Olivenbäume spenden Schatten und werden abends mit Beleuchtung in Szene gesetzt. Der Gasgrill hat unser Abendessen mit Fiorentina, Pizza und gegrilltem Fisch zum Highlight werden lassen, aber auch die Restaurants in Alghero sind vielseitig und von hoher Qualität bei mehr als akzeptablen Preisen (unser Tipp: Aquatica direkt im Hafen). Stadt und Strände sind schnell zu erreichen (5 bzw. 15min). Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Emmanuela ist Kinderärztin und hat nebenbei auch die Ohrenentzündung unserer Tochter versorgt. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen traumhaften Urlaub. Nur wer zu zweit im zweiten Schlafzimmer übernachten möchte trifft auf eine 120cm Matratze die in der Beschreibung als Queen-Size mit 160cm falsch angegeben wird.

Entspannter Urlaub in traumhafter Villa

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Alghero. Die Stadt sowie der Strand sind aber sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Villa hat alles was es für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Vor allem der Pool inmitten des riesigen gepflegten Gartens sticht hier heraus. Im Garten gibt es neben Sonnenliegen diverse Chill-Out Bereiche mit Hollywood-Schaukel, Lounge Möbeln etc. Zudem gibt es eine Außendusche sowie eine Gartentoilette. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Die Küche bietet alles um sich sehr gut selbst zu verpflegen. Neben einem großen Kühlschrank gibt es auch einen Gefrierschrank sowie eine Eiswürfelmaschine. Für eine angenehme Abkühlung sorgt zudem die Klimaanlage die in allen Räumen getrennt gesteuert werden kann. Die Besitzer sowie die Verwaltung des Hauses waren sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und bei Bedarf kurzfristig vor Ort. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut betreut gefühlt und haben auch super Tipps bzgl. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufen bekommen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Woche und können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa sowohl mit Freunden als auch mit der Familie sehr empfehlen.
