The property dates from the 15th century and is located in a picturesque street in the historic center of the village of Loreto Aprutino. In 2019 the house was beautifully renovated and equipped with modern facilities. The thick walls provide coolness in the summer and keep the cold outside in the winter. The authentic elements of the house, such as the vaults and the stone floors, were restored to their original glory.
The roof terrace offers the possibility to enjoy the wide view with a nice glass of wine. The unique pieces of furniture and the warm, romantic atmosphere give this holiday home a lot of character and soul. In short, you will quickly feel at home here.

Perfect for a Quiet Getaway
We absolutely loved this home. It was quiet, clean, and had every amenity that we could have ever needed or wanted. There is ample parking within an easy walk, a great choice of places to eat and drink, and extremely friendly people of this welcoming village.
Thank you for sharing your home with us, I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway that is an easy drive so many beautiful locations.

Rita’s house is fantastic. If staying in Loreto you can’t beat the location and views.
We just bought a house in Loreto and needed a place to stay while we set the house up with furniture, etc. Rita was fantastic with recommendations of where to go and things to do. Her house was a perfect place to stay. Plenty of room four family of four. Never felt crowed, which was nice with two teenage daughters 😳. Her house is setup beautifully. And the views from her terrace is to die fo. One of the best views in town. You can see both mountains, Gran Sasso and Majella. Rita was great to work with. We had zero issues and would highly recommend anyone coming to Loreto to stay here.

Een schitterend huis in een prachtig plaatsje!
Dit ie onze vierde stop in onze autorondreis. We blijven hier een week.
Het contact met de eigenaren en de caretaker verloopt geweldig. Je krijgt snel antwoord bij vragen en wanneer nodig ook hulp.
Het plaatsje heeft smalle straten en bij de meeste past er net een Fiat panda door. Dat is wat als je met een dikke Amerikaan rijdt.
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en haar klassieke uitstraling en dito meubels maken je verblijf echt Italiaans.
Het beddengoed en handdoeken is van goede kwaliteit en ruim voorhanden. De keuken staat vol met alles wat je nodig mocht hebben. De bedden hebben goede matrassen.
In de plaats is een grote supermarkt en toen wij er waren een processie en festiviteiten, zoals muziek e.d.
Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad hier. Maar wij zoeken ook wel plaatsen waar je niet struikelt over de toeristen. Eigenaren bedankt voor de gastvijheid.
