Rural house of very exclusive, with capacity for 10 people. Two rooms of 60m2. Dining room, two kitchens, 1200m2 garden area with heated pool, orchard, garden furniture, wood oven, built-in barbecue, garage ...
The house is located on a bench overlooking the Sierra de Guadarrama from all rooms and on the bank of a stream that winds through the edge of the house.
It has 4 rooms between 20m2 and 40m2. One of them has a jacuzzi for two people in the bathroom of the room.
Each of the two rooms has its independent fireplace, in addition to underfloor heating throughout the house.
No parties or bachelor parties are allowed at Casa el Pilón.
