Hugely Diappointing

Avoid !! Whilst The Shepherd's Hut itself is beautifully presented ant to a high standard the whole experience could not be further from an escape. The Hut is set 20 yards from the side of the hotel and very overlooked. We had hotel guests playing football and walking dogs right in front of the the Shepherd's Hut. There is no where to cook or heat food as they really want you to eat in the hotel - which is totally at odds with the idea of glamping. They also advertise that there is Internet in the Hut, which there is not. This is really an extension of the hotel - yet without the conveniences of the hotel and yet is marketed as an escape. I asked for a refund or some form of compensation and was told to contact the owner - who never responed. Avoid !!
