About this property

Furnished beach cottage with yard/ocean-views. It is two houses away from our Tuttles Point Private Association Beach on Long Island Sound. Features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with an yard and ocean view, large deck with picnic table and grill, kitchen including dishwasher, brand new washer/dryer. You can see Chaffinch Island from my yard. Easy access via Shoreline East from NYC.

Simply beautiful beach cottage has a large yard for kids to safely run around and play baseball, with private deck and water views from the living room, deck and front yard. Currently purchasing brand new beds and decorating for June 1st opening new photos to come soon!!!

Great location and host

While the house is modest in size it is on a big tract of land in a lovely neighborhood and the host is accommodating. We had a great time!

Beautiful & quiet location

We had a great stay. Even though it’s in a neighborhood, it’s very quiet. Big piece of property on a corner lot. We even had a beautiful view of the Guilford fireworks from the deck. Host responds quickly and is very nice as well as helpful. I was concerned with 1 bathroom for a family of 4, but we managed ok. The laundry room was a big bonus. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels available including 4 big beach towels. Beach chairs & umbrella were provided as well. The beach is only a 1 or 2 minute walk from the house and was fairly empty each day we went. I would definitely stay here again.

The private beach is two houses down the road. Its a beautiful friendly neighborhood with coastal nature at every turn. Whether you have a family or would like a relaxing romantic getaway this is a beautiful place to be. Its close to everything but still a peaceful retreat.
