This beautiful barn conversion lies just outside the town of Axminster overlooking the countryside and the Axe Valley and can sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms.
The Shippon is one of two beautiful barn conversions positioned on a private farmstead and surrounded by glorious countryside. A short distance from the coast and the market town of Axminster it makes for an ideal base to explore the region. The barn is approached from the front deck into a large open plan light and airy living space with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning stove. Squashy sofas in the centre with a country kitchen and raised dining area at either end. Down 3 steps from the kitchen end to the master bedroom with TV, stable door and en-suite shower room. Up three steps from the dining area to two further bedrooms, a twin and a super-king. A family bathroom with bath and shower over. To the front a large decked patio with seating. Parking for 2 cars. Note: There is a sloped gravel path to the entrance and steps within the property. Note: This property can be booked with refs. 1172783 and 1014133, together sleeping up to 15 guests.
