Beautiful villa in a quiet rural area a few km from the sea, an architectural project with a classic, simple and essential design based on Mediterranean colors. Living on a mezzanine floor, consisting of a modern kitchen with new appliances, the living area with a splendid fireplace overlooks the garden from a large window, with a large veranda, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, heating, air conditioning, double glazing / shutters , completely renovated recently. Also garden, outdoor shower and barbecue.
