Your Home Near the Sea

Offering a gorgeous outdoor pool in this secure residence, the Alborada Suites are a brand new group of 14 individual condos located 3.8 km. from the beautiful beaches in Puerto Morelos and only 25 minutes from both Playa del Carmen and Cancun. Each condo's accommodations will provide you with air conditioning and a terrace, free Wifi, as well as mosquito nets on the windows. The private bathrooms come with a bath or shower, and free toiletries. You can enjoy the garden views from the rooms. There is also a kitchen, fitted with an oven, microwave and fridge. A stove/oven and coffee machine are also available. Bed linen is provided. An optional rental car can be provided along with full insurance. Depending on the dates of your reservation, we have several condos available, for events or large family reservations. Please check.

Awesome accommodations!

The accommodations were exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. Alan & Ana are great hosts with excellent people skills. The array of bird music in the morning was very relaxing and an excellent way to start the day. Thanks again Folks, hope to see you in the fall for a pre-Christmas holiday.

New construction in a safe, friendly gated complex, 5 minutes from the beach

Alan and Ana are wonderful hosts, they live on site and are helpful if you have questions or problems. The apartment is roomy with a full kitchen, nice bathroom, and storage space in the bedrooms. Lots of families stay here, from all over the world. We spent 12 days here, and loved Puerto Morelos very much. There are lots of wonderful family-run restaurants in town, and in the evening it seems like the whole town is walking around and eating near the plaza, creating a very comfortable experience. The beach in Puerto Morelos is only a five minute drive away, and it has the best snorkeling of the Riviera Maya. We definitely recommend a snorkeling boat to the reef in Puerto Morelos; swimming/snorkeling in cenote siete bocas; visiting Tulum ruins; swimming with turtles in Akumal; visiting Isla Mujeres; and eating at the great taco stands and restaurants in Puerto. Alan and Ana have been very responsive and helpful with all of the questions we had, and especially when we had just arrived and got ourselves lost! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Shawn, Jerene and kids were excellent guests and lived close to us, so we always had stuff to talk about and we just had a great time with them! It was a learning experience for all of us, and it seemed the more we shared with them, they turned around and shared new stuff with us. I guess it's like "give, and it shall be given unto you..." The thing that we loved about them is that they just got out and were so excited to explore and discover new things all around the area, and not harp on little problems that occur with any vacation rental. Great, positive people and certainly will always be welcome anytime they want!
