Great property & location

Great location and property. Very modern, lovely pool & bbq area. Walking distance to the lagoa for SUP and to the sea for big waves. Good restaurants in walking distance & also in the nearby town. A car is needed as there are no supermarkets nearby.

Spectacular House

The house is lot more than what the pictures show! I was amazed when I walked in. Fantastic location in a very quite village. About 30 min from center of Lisbon, 40 min from the airport, 15 min to Sesimbra. We loved our stay!

Property is modern clean and an easy walk to the lagoon. We enjoyed our stay but it felt like we rented an apartment instead of a vacation rental. There was a camera located inside the living area of this place! Complete invasion of privacy. No toilet paper, garbage bags or dish cleaning supplies were provided. Communication was poor. Owner responded in French and didn’t answer questions regarding what to do with the trash. Drains were blocked when we arrived. The home is very nice and it is a great place to stay. With some more effort put in by the owner it could be great.

Hello Innes, We were a bit surprised by your comments! Upon your arrival, there was toilet paper in every restroom and trash bags in every bin. Please note that you are expected to purchase any additional supplies you may need during your stay. Regarding the cameras: these are part of an alarm system, not surveillance cameras. They are only active when the house is unoccupied; otherwise, the siren would have been sounding constantly. It is true that a pipe became clogged—we regret this—but Manuela (the person in charge of the property) intervened immediately to resolve the issue. As a gesture of apology, we even provided a full cleaning of the house during your stay (a service not included in our standard offering). Before your arrival, you received a welcome booklet containing Manuela’s contact information, which you could use for any questions or concerns during your stay. The house, along with all the amenities we provide, is exactly as described in our listing on the VRBO website. As for the communication difficulties, our listing clearly states that we only speak French and Portuguese. We apologize for these minor inconveniences. Best regards, Leonor

Best holiday

The house is fantastic, the surroundings are very beautiful. The lagoon is a few minutes' walk away. The house could have more blankets and towels (2 large towels per person, currently there was only 1). The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house.

The property had the wow factor when arriving. Avoid the sat nav as it takes you to the sea and use the map on it to pin the place. That’s because most of the villas are new builds. Nice terrace, pool, big kitchen with all facilities. Entrance had baby cot, ironing board, vacuum, toiletries, washingmachine, umbrellas etc Yes it did rain a little in April, but also had sun. Great fun for family of 6. Clean inside and out. Car parking, and You WILL need a car for grocery shppping

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe

Freundschaften. Eleonore.

Großes Haus in ruhiger Lage
