Basement apartment. There were kids playing in the backyard but all the windows had curtains so that wasn't a problem. The family upstairs was very quiet. My biggest complaint is that it was very thin one ply toilet paper, but if that's my biggest complaint I think we're okay!

Over all experience was exceptional. We were pulling a show car by truck & arrived late evening. We were able to access the accommodations without any problems or glitches. The parking for vehicles is spacious off street with no stress regarding security & safety of the vehicles. The home like feeling of the accommodations provided the much needed rest to continue our journey!

This place was a really nice surprise. It’s probably one of the most perfect vacation homes we’ve rented so far and we travel a lot. Not that it’s luxurious but roomy and practical and well apportioned. Everything we needed.
