Great location with a lot of space.

Enjoyed our stay in this quirky house. Has beautiful river views and a nice hot tub. Great off street parking. Good value

Great location for our group playing Pickleball

Perfect location

We were in town to play pickleball at Pictona. We were less than 5 minutes away. A ride to Main St Daytona was only 10 minutes. The house can be hard to find at night. You enter the parking on 8th St. In to the backyard There are 3 assigned spots for this house. The backyard parking is shared with other buildings The house is old but the kichen is being remolded. And it has a lot og character. Owner ànswered questions very qickly. And the hot was great after a long day on the courts

Amazing location and friendly owners

We enjoyed our stay. Claudia gave us great advice on loval beaches to check out. Was disappointed that somone stole their paddle boat and fishing gear but we still had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the hot tub. We will stay here again!

Great Location

The location is great for a reasonably quiet atmosphere but still near enough to beaches, food, etc... The home is older, so you must come in with proper expectations about the "finishes" and amenities. That said, the owner had plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets for our needs. We had some particular "cleanliness" issues for the week that the owner was willing to compensate us for, so overall the time spent in the property was acceptable.
